I don’t always see eye to eye with kaya but I do have to agree. There is no reason for the ai to lecture us on anything. I didn’t realize it does this with ANYTHING YOU LOOK UP. Also he is right with getting back talk from stuff in the future. If I ask Siri to set an alarm and it does it but then tells me how to manually do it I’m going to have problema

This is an hilarious episode. The AI Argument is one of the funniest things that has ever happened on the show. Also - the return of the jingle is a nice touch.
Sometimes podcasts can after a while feel so outplayed and too much of a good thing but with Offical podcast its insanely consistent like even old episodes and new episodes are both just as good. Thats because of the secret sauce: discussing relevant topics that has made it so interesting on top of them being very entertaining to listen to in general with guests or not
Please like so they can see- Please add episode numbers back in, with the old catalog being here, the newer episodes will inevitably be muddled around and the numbers help most keep in chronological order even when they can only listen to podcasts once or twice a month. Thank you boys for your time, effort, and endless laughs you provide.

I just want to come here and say as someone with a diabetic father who needs insulin and uses Ozempic, the misuse and the shortage is extremely dangerous, not only to non diabetics who are using it (as it can cause major health problems), but for diabetic people as well. There have been multiple times where my dad has gone to collect his insulin and they've said that there is a shortage and they don't have any to give him which has caused panic and distress within my family. I really hope that in the future insulin will become only accessible via a prescription, as people with diabetes are no longer being able to access the medication / insulin they *need* to survive. Samurai Jack show was incredibly good. I rewatched it as an adult and its like the most action and violence packed cartoon, while still remaining family friendly enough. Really well written too. Both main protagonist and antagonist are the highlights. Jack being someone to root for as you watch his growth as a person, and Aku being a quite crafty villain, yet also a comedic relief through the show, you just gotta love him too. Plus, the cartoon can be horror-like at times, some episodes did scare me as a kid (not as much as Courage the Dog of course). But it just has everything. Only thing holding it back was needing to be family friendly, which can feel a little watered-down for an adult's taste, but if they had freedom to go all out on violence and dark themes and jokes, I bet it would be one of best animated shows ever made.
You should watch primal. Same creator but it’s about a cave man and a T. rex just fucking shit up. There’s a deeper layer to it, it’s honestly pretty deep, but the show literally has I think like legible 1 spoken word the whole time. Forgot to mention it also aired on adult swim; it makes the final season of samurai Jack seem like a Cartoon Network season in comparison lol.

Yeah that's actually a good point... The AI shouldn't talk back. It isn't sentient yet (or if it is the moral problems are a lot more serious than being mean to it), but it is a great tool for browbeating people into behaving a certain way without any human effort going into it. Propaganda and thought policing shouldn't happen at all, much less be programmed into a tool that can globally amplify said propaganda.
Yeah but the problem is when you're trying to learn/research and every single answer is followed by a 2 minute speech about how we should respect each other. For the people that already know this, it's a waste of time/an annoyance and for the people who need to learn this, if they didn't learnt it from their parents/while growing up, I don't think an AI is going to change their mind, specially when it feels more like nagging and less like educating.

all adult animations are not exactly all the same nowadays, like Archer? that show is specifically designed to look like a comic book / painting and over the years has gotten VIVIDLY animated like down to the last detail on characters expressions

Why was Charlie acting like Kaya did something horrible by calling an ai a bitch and stuff. Like its funny, Kaya was just arguing with a literal ai at least Jackson and Andrew chimed in and laughed. Charlie just sat there like Kaya was actually insulting a real human.
