Yeah, Leroy is taking a break, gotta shake out those old bones and be ready for happy fun times later on. He's letting his protege, Ruby, take the limelight. He knows that she's the new rising champ. Leroy is kinda like Doc Hudson, but a load faster, he's still got it but he's just a little old now and wants to relax. Ruby is like Lightning McQueen, the new rising star getting faster and faster. Sometime later, Ruby is gonna get old and a newer Corvette is probably gonna take the limelight from her as she sits back to let the young'un become the rising star, kinda like Cruz Ramirez.

How many other people besides me were yelling at their phones/computers, "No, don't start the engine," as soon as Cleetus told James to start the engine on Ruby with her turbo sitting on the ground. Then again starting the engine on Ruby without her turbo and the oil feed line not blocked off is like BoostedBoiz Kyle forgetting to check to make sure all the bolts on his MR2's shifter linkage were tight before taking for a test drive. #SomeThingsWillNeverChange

You can get up to 143 MM Turbo's, he's not even running the same size as a Pro Mod which are 94x108's.

An 88 is not huge. Id call it big but not huge. As far as biggest? Uh no. It is a balancing act on a/r and inducer size vs turbine for sure.

@@gamingwithblaise3822 You just use sequential turbos. You use a smaller turbo at low RPM to create boost, increasing exhaust gas pressure enough to drive the larger turbo as the rpm increases.

I about fell out my chair when they started Ruby with the turbo off and the oil feed line disconnected. 🤣🤣🤣. Then I thought, hm wonder if Cleetus did that on purpose just to get a laugh.
