I see your perspective and I was honestly waiting on someone to say this. lol I respect your opinion and totally understand. Everything isn't for everybody. I think brushing locs might be too much for me but you never know, I may change my mind lol 💜
I have heard that and which is why I am open to the possibilities. One thing that concerns me about brushing the loc is thinning and also unraveling any hairs that are trying to loc. I also haven't seen anyone with micro Locs specifically try it out. I like the idea of keeping the lint out and think it may be very efficient for people with mature bigger locs. 💜
Hi Symone, thank you so much for the comb recommendation - I've had mine for 2 months now and get daily use (i ordered the slightly smaller pronged comb for my slightly smaller locs). Love it so much I posted a review on Amazon. Great things I do with it: 1) Fuller locs vs smoothing > comb from ear up and nape up and just shake hair out. Gives a fuller look. 2) Comb thru damp hair after shampooing, makes separating your locs soooo much easier. 3) I use it to spread oil all over my scalp while also massaging and stimulating my scalp. 4) I use it whenever rough nails/cuticles come in play instead of using my fingers : ). I get why those with larger locs (I have 360 mature locs) may not have a need for it, but it comes in clutch for me and those with microlocs have to separate their locs on the regular. So thank you, thank you. I'm getting more than my $10's worth!👍
Thank you so much for recommending this! I just completed my microloc install last night and watched this video before I finished and ordered it. I had no idea others had purchased it as a massage comb and its the perfect combo for both! Such a gem I wouldn’t have found without your recommendation and I’m obsessed!
My sisterlocks are almost 8 years old now and they do get tangled. I prefer a less poofy look and wondered if this comb would be for me. I don't feel like finger-combing my hair. An actual comb would be nice for once. l may try it. Thanks for your review.
I actually like the idea of this comb… it’s not like our fingers that have nails and can snag and rip our locs ends off... The comb has nub like ends which makes it I think safer to touch your hair without touching your hair with your hands too much.
I see no point in this for any reason. Ever. Got 10 FREE fingers to achieve the same goal. Social media has created the Jones’s effect on the masses and entrepreneurs are loving it😅 locking the hair is suppose to require the least products and not as heavily maintained but folks always complicate things😩

I wonder if this is only useful for immature locs. Once those ends close up and everything drops, is it that much of a challenge to get detangled? 🤔 Thanks for the review. I’d use it if I got it for free. 😂 Is your hair clip also on amazon?
I have semi mature locs. I honestly don't know about using it on starter locs. I'd think this may cause unraveling. I tries keeping my hand out my hair too much back then. 💜 I'm unsure where I got my clip from lol. If i had to guess I probably got it from the hair store long ago but I'm sure they have similar ones on amazon.
i’ve def seen someone with long mature microlocs comb their hair. because the locs are so small they still get stuck to each other this is just to separate and flatten without using your fingers that’s all

I have used it in my washday videos and I absolutely love that massager! It works way better than your fingers doesn't it! I've been trying to tell people! They're sleeping on it 😂
This is so stupid why would you expect the comb to be bigger? You literally just saw the bag it came in the bag was a size of your palm so of course the comb is going to be around that size. Those comb serves no real purpose actually, please.
