problems before use. During the warranty period, if there is a problem with

• Can you provide door to door warranty service?
• During the warranty period, if quality problem occurred, according to our past
service experience, our remote video-guided maintenance is able to solve the

• Can your transformers meet the standard of IEC60076?
• All of our transformers are able to meet the standard of GB1094, and GB1094 is
basically constant with IEC60076, even in some respects, its standard is higher than
IEC60076, which is to say our products are also able to meet the standard of
GB1094.
• Why the price of your transformers are lower than that of other suppliers?
• This is because that we have a great supply chain in China, and also self-operate
deep processing production lines. What is more, we have sufficient cash flow to
purchase the raw material at a lower price to decrease the manufacturing cost, so
we can achieve great price advantages of the same quality power transformers.
