Namaskaram, I have plastic beads shop but I want to make a eco friendly substitute of it so please help me to find the process to mould the wood dust in to beads. And what ingredients are used in it for mixing.
According to me, factory used wood dust + Resin + Hardner + Catalyst + PVA or wax as releasing agent.....If there any missing..tell me....how i get resin, hardner, catalyst, PVA in maharashtra. when i am in goa I get all chemicals, but in maharashtra i dont know any source....if u know then plese put the sources info in maharashtra.

The resin is a low formaldehyde (E0) Urea Resin with 60% solids; the epoxy is general purpose; and coupling agent is Di-acetone; and careful mix of a Polyamide curing resin also used. Curing is at Room Temperature.. 12 hrs... Higher temperature would reduce curing time. Releasing is made possible by having the mold surface covered with PP Tapes (thin)
