PVS 69 Analog Beta Assembly 

A CR123a should power the unit just fine but you're going to be spending a lot of money on batteries, I'd recommend you use an 18650. Much longer charge as well as the rechargeability. I ordered some LEMO and Fischer ports on Ali Express and managed to wire them in so now i use a ANVIS 9 battery pack with my unit and my friend uses a pvs31 battery pack with his.

Is there any modifying with the PV31?

If everything is tightened up good, and the print quality is fairly good, id go out in the rain with it, but probably not more than an hour with it without further testing to see how long it takes for the water to seep in. Id also probably add some grease to the joints and seams, that would significantly improve water resistance.

You can purchase pvs 14 tubes and lenses on most night vision websites or even on eBay. There's even lenses on vonscherfarms website.

im using MX11769 in this video but you should be able to use MX10160 tubes as well.

I have not purged these and I honestly don't think these can retain the purge unless you get them professionally printed.

Just the housing without the lenses and tubes probably about 100-150 depending on where you get your parts, most of the parts you'd buy for this are in bulk unfortunately. For the total cost, it just depends on where you get your tubes and lenses for it. But you can expect around 4-5k
