Welcome to the third video of this series where I discuss everything about what I'd want for a Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 3! If you like PvZ GW1, PvZ GW2, or PvZ BFN, this is the right video for you! Thanks for watching, and don't forget to subscribe!
In this video, I talk about how I would redesign a lot of the classes for my GW3. This can include changes to their mechanics, adding new weapons, or moving their hitboxes around! This is sort of like a precursor to my balancing videos, so check those ones out if you want to see additional changes and proper balance!

Maybe for Super Brains’ floaty double jump, he could flutter his feet as he falls. It could be a way to show that he is hovering while also having that goofy “tries to be a superhero but isn’t really” part of SB

and maybe the double jump will have him flap his arms, but much slower than his legs in his falling animation, almost like he's swimming in the air upwards

Honestly For SB I Thought Of Some Ideas For How He Could Work, Had These In My Head For About A Week Now. New SB Non Abilities RT/Primary: Same No Explanation Needed. LT/Secondary: Shield, Beam Or Both. Honestly I Like Both The Beams [Although They Have HORRIBLE Damage Range] & The Shield. Both Are Pretty Good But Having Both Of Them At Once Could Be A Little OP & Probably Wouldn't Be Used. RS/Thirdary: Kick When Standing Still, You Would Kick, Like The Melee In Metroid Dread, Works About The Same Midair. When Sprinting It Would Be Like The GW2 Ground Kick & When In The Air & Sprinting It Would Also Work Like How It Does It GW2, Could Be A Little Busted Giving SB A Constant Movement Tool [Case In Point With Brainiam Basher] A/Jump: Works The Same As GW2 Except Its Less Floaty & Doesn't Go As High The Faster You Are Moving. Mainly Works Like A GW1 Rocket Jump When Not Moving.

New SB Abilities L/Ability Idea #1: Super Shield The BFN Shield, Does The Same Things As Normal But Disappears When Attacking & Enlarges With More Defense But Lower Speed When Aiming. Obviously Wouldn't Be An Ability If We Have The Shield Enable On Aim Like In BFN. L/Ability Idea #2: Turbo Twister Turbo Twister, Same As Ever, Same As Me Saying That 3 Times Now. Anyways Instead Of Slowing Plants Down It Sucks Them In Towards SB Like An Actual Tornado. Y/Ability Idea: Hyper Jump Thump The Same As BFN, & The 4th Time I've Said This Now, I Won't Add The 5th One. R/Ability Idea: Super Ultra Ball The Classic Ultra Ball. 125 On A Direct & 25 On Splash, Always The Same.

the reason sunflower has 10 extra hp is because of her giant forehead, her headshot hitbox is literally in the shape of a practice target, so the only way to get around this is to nerf her self heal, which I think is reasonable, but I do agree with the corn health nerf. Also, the thought of reworking torchwood into an oak variant is really freaking cool, not only will this give torchwood a lot more versatility, but it opens up a lot of other possibilities for oak primaries and abilities

Variant Ideas for BFN characters: 1. Snapdragon could have a Cold Snapdragon variant like the plant in PVZ2 2. Nightcap could have variants that have the same color as different types of fungi, each with an effect like fire, ice, etc. 3. Acorn could have variants that are different wood types that could have different effects, and the rarity could be based on how rare the wood type is in real life.

maybe the joke with acorn variants is that he's pretending to be a different tree's acorn when in reality oaks are the only tree with acorns, which adds to acorn's childlike personality

for the zombies: - 80's Action Hero could have variants based on different types of the "hero archetype" found in movies, like a "Slasher Hero" that functions similarly to the Tank Commander, using a laser rifle with a single shot of ammo in it that deals a ton of damage, or a "Kung Fu Hero" that uses close range, quick-attacking kung fu moves to rapidly deal heavy damage to plants. - Electric Slide could have variants based on either different dance moves and such, or different types of music. "Disco Inferno" could be a fire variant, "Z-Pop" could be a Stuffy Flower-esque variant that makes nearby zombies fanboy/girl over her so much that they happy-cry healing juice when a plant is vanquished by her, "Dubstomp" could be a variant that has a rapid fire weapon that also fires an extra-powerful blast when the entire clip is emptied in a single press-and-hold of the button (because the weapon firing noise would sound like the build up to a bass drop, with the powerful blast also sounding like a bass drop), etc. - Space Cadet could be based on other jobs that are similarly about the research of a specific place or about getting up-close-and-personal with said things and places (kind of like how Scientist is based on different kinds of doctors and stereo-typically "nerdy" jobs), or just different vehicles that people drive in the same vein as a spaceship. Arctic Researcher could be a very similar variant to Arctic Trooper, a Tornado Chaser variant could be the "speedy" variant toting a primary with a really high rate of fire, a Submarine Captain could inherently have armor like an Imp Mech and have weaker but more plentiful torpedoes like the Scuba Soldier, etc.

@@pillowmint4622 i think a cool idea for submarine captain is that she fires 2 flying torpedos from her sides at an inwards angle, then they converge lines for maybe 3 meters before going off in an outwards angle (i probably explained this badly)

@@PestoPitaa44 oh no, I can totally envision what you mean! Space Cadet normally has homing properties on her primary, so it would make sense for her torpedoes to converge when flying. remembering that, it also gave me an idea for a unique Camo variant for her that, instead of giving her a headshot multiplier, makes her homing bullets target the head, unlike the other homing weapons!

I just watched all your current videos and I have to say I’m impressed! I can agree with every point you’ve made! The only unfortunate part regards that if we do get a GW3 (which we have no confirmation), that it will likely be void of all these hard thought concepts you’ve put so much care into making. Regardless, it’s really enjoyable seeing what could be, so I hope to see you continue! Also, I was wondering if you planned to make a video discussing abilities, as I had a balance idea for hyper/super pea jump. My idea was for hyper to lose a large amount of its jump height, but retain its speed, and for super pea jump to generally stay the same, where it only offers vastly increased jump height. I believe that this change can minimize the effectiveness of pogo peas, as they are forced to sacrifice either upward mobility or directional mobility, overall making them an easier target to take down.

Thank you so much for the kind words! An ability video will definitely be under way! It will be probably be after the variants, and Hyper is definitely gonna be limited to only increasing speed for a bit, giving Super Pea Jump a proper use. Pea Suped will be a RoF increase, but it will be adjusted for characters, as an increase to firing speed would be disastrous for variants like Agent Pea.

1:52 So many times have I wanted to chomp someone after unburrowing (mainly as armor chomper with no digestion upgrades) to then swallow from the front somehow, so 100% agree with this change.

Yeah, and it’s annoying from both sides, too, as from the victim’s side, you just swallowed them for no reason (assuming you survive the chomping animation).

These are some pretty good ideas! As a Chomper player, It would be beneficial for the back swallow and biting attacks to be two different buttons. To avoid swallowing when you didn't want to.

Lol, the amount of times I accidentally swallow another player… they get mad thinking that I was suicide chomping, and then they make it their life’s mission to make my life miserable. Bonus points for salt switching to an engineer. Thanks though!

I think the imp change is a bit harsh, I love the idea that imp doesn't die when the mech is vanquished, but to have to be killed in order to use it again seems unfair, consider the idea of a meter that fills up when the imp deals damage or earns vanquishes, I'd seriously like you to look into this concept since this fixes the problem of noobs waiting out the mech cooldown. I dont use the mech that much when playing imp, but I will acknowledge the fact that it's busted, so a reasonable nerf would be to increase the damage fall off (and just his damage in general) and give him some sustain in his mech form at the cost of shooting

That makes a lot of sense, as it would fix the hard limit of mechs, as well forcing people to play the imp as intended for a while. Great idea!

Looking back at the idea, I do see how it would be harsh, and in fact it might be even worse than the coward version. By forcing someone to vanquish you, diehard Mech players would go into a suicide playstyle to get their cooldown started, which would make them less helpful to the team than they already are.

I think that you should die when your mech dies. But perhaps it spawns with a shield to counteract the gatling effect. Or, perhaps just don't spawn in a mech when you know there is a gatling.

@@apuji7555 Part of the issue with Pea Gatling is that even if you call in a Mech when you’re not near one, you’re such a huge target that everyone will drop what they’re doing for a free kill, no matter how far away you are. Without directly attacking the Gatling abilities/sunbeams, there isn’t a good way to give imps good survivability in the Mech otherwise.

Hey I've got a variant idea: Arcade chomper Bite dmg:20 Instead of slobber shot, He has a beam that acts similar to citrons beam with a little less drop off 175 hp Animated like a 3D 8-bit character, Designed like one as well. Same speed as average chomper Legendary meter that makes him MUCH faster but has 120 hp for the duration of it along with a pac man remix sound as his music. Beam headshot dmg:9 Beam body dmg:6 Obviously beam has drop off. I think this is pretty balanced.

I can't wait for the variants cause that was my favourite part of gw2! Also I made a new Peashooter variant, the BeePea (Basically the Bee Peashooter) The health is at 100, max damage output is 14 and minimum is 10. It can shoot 10 times before reloading. The bullet pierces but in a special way. The bigger the thing it shoots, the less piercing damage it does and less piercing range it has. The pierce has a value of 5. A wall has a value of 10. Super Brainz and All-star have values of 7. Soldier, Scientist, Engineer and Pirate have values of 4, Imp and Hovergoat have values of 2. So if you shoot a zombie, the bullet does less damage to the next target. It can get an upgrade which upgrade the piercing from value 5 to value 8, so that it can pierce the big boys (also all the bosses have values of 20) I also thought about making Camo Cactus, Camo Ranger, Mob Cob and maybe other sniper like characters to have the same piercing mechanic but different values. Another idea for BeePea is a variant only ability, like Unicorn and Twilight Chomper. Instead of Pea Gatling, it's replaced by Bee Swarm. Bee Swarm releases 5 bees that deal 10 damage to enemies and last until they deal 60 damage. The recharge is 35 seconds. What do you think? I got many more ideas for variants :) EDIT: I might make a whole on spreadsheet with all variants in the game + custom ones with balancing and stuff. So if you have any ideas for custom variants (that are balanced) let me know :)

I think the Imp getting his mech back scenario could be changed to still work and not be one mech per life. One thought is the Z Mech could get recharged through getting kills and playing the objective as Imp instead of it being on a normal cooldown time. That way there isn't the issue of Imp players hiding to get their Mechs back but also a way they can still get multiple Mechs in a single life.

It may have not been clear in the video, but the Mech doesn’t get disabled if you simply eject from it. It only works that way if the Mech is properly destroyed.

I know you haven't gotten to the variants episode yet but I think torchwood could be like the legendary upgrades of pvz bfn that is worth 500,000 coins in the rux store and that unlocks torchwood as an acorn variant and thus changing the entire character to let it be the plank and its unlocking continues to feel special although it is my idea. I think for imp in order to prevent the blow and go strat (if mech die run and hide strat) maybe have it where you need a kill or enough damage to start getting the mech back

Thank god you kept the back chomp That's my biggest gripe with BFN Chomper: It took away a lot of what made Chomper special in the garden warfare duology.

Chomper being a gimmick is what made him so good (in a roundabout way), so I tried to stay true to GW while making him a decent character otherwise by keeping the spit attack as well. The separate bind for swallowing should also help with creating distinct playstyles.

@@TwilightChomperEnthusiast first we got apple mortar! Originally appearing in pvZ 2! He'd have 150 health by default. His primary would be a three round burst explosive launcher, similar to pylon imp. Each shot deals 12 damage with 13 being the crit. He has 9 amo per mag but 12 with the ammo upgrade. His left ability would be cherry bomb where he marks an are for a cherry bomb to be dropped, dealing 95 damage in a decently large area. His right ability is big red delicious. Named after the breed of apple, he lobs a heavy apple that explodes after three and a half seconds, dealing 125 damage. Its very heavy so it doesn't go very far. And his middle ability is apple attack, which allows apple to mark up to three zombies, or mark one zombie multiple times, he only gets 3 and can then launch 3 explosives which lock on to the marked enemy's dealing 45 damage each. His role on the plant team is to clear objectives so he'd be very useful in turf takeover or suburbination!

@@TwilightChomperEnthusiast another character is disco zombie! Having 125 hp by default. He wields his disco stick as his primary. It works on an overheat system like all star but it overheats pretty quickly. It's fully automatic and deals 8 damage with 11 being the crit. His left ability is dancer backup, where he summons two backup dancer zombies. These backup dancer keep close to disco, and only have 50 hp. He can only have 4 out at a time. This has a really long cool down. His right ability is boogie box where he tossed a boom box, any blants caught in the blast immediately use a random emote. Basically a stun ability. And his final ability is disco spin. He spins around with his disco ball, dealing huge damage, and knocking away anyone caught in its wake, does stun him for a few seconds after so he is left open

Ok for roses I prefer her to be the same but with some BFN additions Her homing ll never trigger if there's either z stink cloud or super stink one Arcane engima instead of granting s gives her 75% armor you people would say that would be too much only to remember that this ability does 60 max damage and most of the good player tend to kill her off with a high burst damage such as tank, SB fists SC crossbow or any common high DPS primary This change so people can chip her health down if she attempts running away

Yeah, I think that giving armour is a better idea than invulnerability to prevent cheesing fights. Even then, it would be slower than sprinting, so it would be really easy to catch up to them.

Honestly the Imp Mech changes sound good, but I fee that the penalty of “cannot use mech again until death” is a bit harsh. Personally I would say that you would get the mech back normally if you either run out of battery for it or you self destruct, BUT if you die in the mech, you survive but the recharge time is doubled. Admittedly this may not solve the problem of “cowardly playstyles” and hiding away until the mech is ready. But it would be far less effective to remain hiding for twice as long.

To clarify something I said earlier: What I mean by “it’s less effective” is as follows: It is far less effective for the Imp player to hide in a corner for their mech to respawn if they are waiting twice as long for it to do so.

Don’t worry, the Mech recharges as usual if you self-eject or run out of fuel. An idea I like better though is to make it work similarly to BFN imp’s Mech Hunter upgrade, requiring you to either deal some damage or get vanquishes as an imp to get your Mech going (after dying in it).

Great video! Something I always wondered about a possible GW3 is whether the models from the previous games would be exactly reused but with more details, or a new modern visual style but without leaving the essence that characterizes both GWs... Mainly because Bfn's art style is not so liked by many and I honestly can't stand to see some redesigns like the infamous Bfn Rose lmao I mean, certain models or all I guess? They have to make sense for your hitbox and stuff, also to create new and better animations like sprinting. Personally I always preferred Gw's gloomy models, but their animations seem limited to movement in Gameplay

Would like to see a option to switch other Z-Mechs around with other imp variants, it'd be a neat feature to see in my opinion. So you don't have to be limited to a single Z-Mech for an imp like Z7 for example

What if for the abilities video you had legendary abilities for each class, for example a legendary ability for cactus would be the teleportato mine from pvz 2, it would teleport a zombie in its radius to it and then explode, dealing damage, but not enough to one shot most classes

I like the concept, but a teleportato mine would be very difficult to get right for balance, as it would be _extremely_ annoying to just get randomly grabbed by one and take damage with no counterplay.

@@imflipsane That’s a good way of doing it, so you have ample time to escape. It could also make for some funny shenanigans where you trap them in with the Wall Nut abilities while it arms.

Idea for the imp mech cooldown thing The z-mech (and oak if you want acorn to be similar to imp) cooldown now gonna be 5 MINUTES,a time so big that the imps will have to wait much time to get it However,if the imps deal damage or do vanquishs,it will faster the cooldown and make the z-mech faster That way the imps have to be more agressive of they want to get their z-mech

Yeah, BFN took advantage of the lack of variants by letting the base characters have elemental effects and abilities. I think that the BFN classes will have their own… relatively unique ability sets for variants. Thanks!

I have an idea, so I remember seeing videos that gargantuar was going to be playable in bfn (not sure if it’s a mod or something as it was ages ago) but I bring this up because if we were to add the garg as a character it means we can still have torchwood and oak/acorn remain separate characters. But then the question of how to have an even amount of plants? Well bfn did have a character that never got released so I guess that could be thrown in or something else entirely, though that is not taking in to account if 3 more characters are added as seems to be the trend I noticed across the 3 games. That is my input on this interesting discussion, I am eager to see where this series goes.

I got an idea for an event that could be in PvZ GW3! It's called: Mech Revolution. Basically the zombies get to play imps, but they are the mech form. So you can play as the Z-Mech, Drake Mech or Pylon Mech. All the mechs will have there original abilities but the middle one will be replaced with a shockwave attack, the range is like chemist and deals 40 damage. It also knockbacks the plants kinda far. The Party Mech and Bling Pylon Mech will be changed so that they feel fresh to play with. Also then it might be that the Bling Pylon Mech for Pylon Imp and Party Mech for Party Imp have the same things from the event. What do you think???

I have a idea so maybe how snapdragon is a fire plant, how about it’s ice variant freezes plants but makes ice snapdragon slower but has more health than the two variants. Toxic snapdragon on the other hand, he will be faster than snapdragon and ice snapdragon and his damage is buffed, but he has low health.

I would reconsider the apporach of making Torchwood just a Oak variant since Oak and Torchwood follow vastly diffrent gameplans where Oak is focused on clearing crowds and defending points. Torchwood is more focued on that direct head-to-head and crowd drawing as well as taking points. Though i would recommend giving Torchwood a rework.

@@TwilightChomperEnthusiast I'd personally dissagree simply due to how they are designed and general sizing due to Torch being a good bit smaller then Oak (don't quote me on that) as well as the fact that the base weapon is significantly different between the two. Though regardless I did imagine the main reason was cause they're both trees to simply slot them in the same spot which I understand the baseline for.

Im thinking of having a variant for the peashooter called "Shadow Pea" The peashooter has an alternative ability to the Hyper, the... uh... I dont have a name for it- But basically, you place black goop on floor, you do stuff, you press the ability again, you melt into the floor, and then rise from the black goo... Teleporting Peashooter- Kinda an idea for a reward for getting Max Rank. And his primary shoots shadow peas that go through enemies, and still do damage... but you get 2 shots, and your reload is meh. I dont know what I just made-

Braindeadium Basher was BFN’s poor attempt to re-add the heroic kick, so by having the source material in the game by default, it most likely would be redundant. Maybe the Midas Tough costume can become a variant, with a drastically toned down version of the upgrade (like, next to no mobility from the attack).

Yessss, I like the Chomper changes, and making Torchwood into a variant of Acorn and Oakwood (get it? Torchwood, Oakwood... TORCHWOOD IS A PERFECT CLASS TO HAVE VARIANTS!) Me likey. The only thing I don't like is Sunflower having only 100 health, the poor character is underrated as she is currently, and I don't want her to fall into the stereotypical "healer is weak". I think reg sunflowers like Vampire and Fire could have 100 health (but with better stats than in GW2), but maybe more potent Variants like Primal Sunflower can exist and have 125 health. (And Metal can have like 175 health or smthing). Also, Pop Cap should've made a toxic Imp (Toximp), and an electric Imp (Electrimp), and other fun Variants like Snowflower, IRON BRAINZ, and more Stuffy-like characters like Sock Pea and Ragdoll Cactus. Just a few ideas, I have like a hundred more because GARDEN WARFARE HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR VARIANTS.

Yeah, pretty much all of the sunflowers and scientists will get a damage nerf, so that way they can hold their own in a gunfight, but not able to completely clean fights on their own.

7:00 an easy fix here is making BFN super brains his own variant(s), you could have a variant with the super speedy headbut ability, only 175 health and the punch ranged attack (probably remodeled and retextured to fit the variant theme more). And the other on is a tank super-brains with 225 health and a shield, maybe the you could limit his super kicks to 1 and make them recharch slower for balanceing.

For the kicks, I think they could be adjusted to be tied into character speed, so by making the base character slower, the kicks would be less effective. That way you don’t need to make a whole new ability for one specific character. What do you mean, Twilight Warp?

I have an idea for abilities Basically, for any ability that is fundamentally the same as another ability but looks different (i.e the cheesy sticky bombs and spike weed, bling abilities, etc) they will pop out to the right when you select the ability they are the same as to make the ability selection feel less cluttered

7:30 for the flying fists, how about giving it to cosmic brainz, but if he charges it fully and aims for his cosmic beam, it’ll launch the fist for 40 damage and go the same distance as the flying fists but not be able to delete plants from existence like the melee version?

Alright I have a recommendation for your variant video Don't make something like, Ice sunflower is sunflower but ice, try giving them a special gimmick or ability like mods Also try making the plant variants fun and unique like how instead of having a "Fire foot soldier" on the zombies side we have a "Centurion" which is a much more creative idea. Try doing what the zombie variants did with the plants basically

That was my main gripe with the variant system as a whole. The “character but X” wasn’t all that great, and my favourite variants were the non-elemental characters that did something unique. Also, come on, Snow Peas are an actual thing, and yet they had to change it to the boring “Ice Pea.” Lame!

3:42 because bfn citrons only use their shield to stall their own death, I think it should have a gimmick like the swarm classes passive effect. It can have 100 hp and gain a 40% to 85% armour buff when 1 to 3 allies are close. Citrons won't be able to stall so easily, and it encourages them to play more supportive. Bfn All-star's shield isn't as obnoxious, so maybe it can not have the same treatment.

Giving the shield a swarm gimmick might work on paper, but then you have to account for multiple Citron players banding together akin to sunflowers with super-shields. I once ran into a lobby of about 7 people playing as Fire Flowers who only healed each other, and it was horrendous. Imagine the same thing, but with obscene tanking of damage.

@@TwilightChomperEnthusiast citrons though can't simultaneously shoot with their shield, can't block every angle and move together as one, and they have to wait for the shield's health to recharge once broken. Bumming won't be good for them. If group stalling would become a thing then the maximum amount of armour can be nerfed.

That’s going to be the most difficult part about making BFN variants, as the base characters were made without variants in mind. I’ll either change their abilities to fit the variant, or retcon the base one to not have elemental effects (which is kinda lame).

Since Torchwood is a Acorn Variant... The Plants will have 12 Classes while the Zombies have 13. (besides New ones) Why do I feel the Pults will get the 13th class to make it 13-13, or if we get 3 new for Zombies and 4 for Plants, (GW2/BFN portions modified due to predicament) we'll have 16 Classes on both sides.

I'm gonna say this every video: GW4. Now onto my (relatively few) points of contention: -BFN Abilities Being Alts: I think this is cool, however it clashes with certain characters' fundamental abilities (example: Engineer's sprint being Jackhammer). -Chomper: I like his changes here, except for the dropoff for slobber shot, as its purpose was to give chompers a fighting chance against far-away zombies. Though I understand why you think it should exist, perhaps we can compromise to make it not as bad as how you stated in the video. -Torchwood: He is so fundamentally different from Oak and you're just gonna make him a fire variant for Oak, while Hovergoat gets to stay? For shame! -Imp: How is it that he can't get his Z-Mech back unless a plant kills him, even if you're adding the damage credit thing anyway? If he jumps off the map in his Mech, wouldn't that count if a plant hits him from far away? I honestly think it should just kill the Imp if the Mech is vanquished while the Imp is still inside, none of that "no more mechs" thing. -Super Brainz: Because of how different his GW2 and BFN versions are, I'd say to just fix his high jump problem and then make the BFN version into a new class entirely. That's all my disagreements for now, I told you I'd keep it shorter than usual.

Addressing each of them: The overlap between the jackhammer ability and the sprinting method has been discussed, by only including the Turbo Jackhammer to be a temporary buff to his sprinting speed. Slobber Shot having falloff was 100% intentional, as it’s not meant to be a long range weapon, but more of a tool to hit enemies just out of reach or on rooftops. Making it a viable mid to long range weapon would kinda undermine Chomper’s role as a point-blank character. If anything, the damage falloff could be replaced with a harsh arc to shots, so that way you’d need some level of skill and game knowledge (or perhaps some luck) to consistently land ranged shots. I don’t think that Torchwood behaving differently to the standard oak is that big of an issue, as each of the different Z-Mechs are pretty distinct from one another (with the exception of Z7 and stock. Party doesn’t count). Torchwood is being reworked to a degree anyways, so it can fit more into the Oak role. For the imp, what I meant by that is that you can’t die in a way that doesn’t give anyone credit without the cooldown to begin. The cooldown would also work like normal if you simply eject that standard way. Either way, a different comment gave me an idea that I like better: requiring the imp to deal some damage/get a vanquish or assist to start the countdown. That way it forces players to play imp as intended, while still not needing you to die in the Mech. And finally for SB, I don’t think that he should be two separate classes, as certain things would have to overlap, and it would be odd to have two mobile punch-based zombies. Anyways, I hope this clears everything up, and thank you for the valid criticism!

@@TwilightChomperEnthusiast Okay, I should have included some more examples for the overlap thing, such as Citron's BFN Shield and his Rainbow one in GW2, or even the Naval Laser power versus any beam citron's primary, or Cactus' automatic and charged weapon from BFN versus other variants (especially compared to Bandit, Camo and Zen Cactus), though I understand you plan to rework the variants anyway. As for the Torchwood thing, I understand your comparison to the Z-Mech variants, though I still disagree because it's Torchwood (also those Z-Mechs could just be reworked instead, perhaps as individual classes?). I know what you meant about dying for the mech cooldown, I just disagree with it. I also feel like you should have clarified that ejecting starts the cooldown. As for that imp suggestion the other person commented, that's cool (though I still think it should just work like in GW2). And for the SB thing, just keep the punches on GW2's version and give the other one the Branium Basher style primary (with the charged fist and hyper jump replacing ultra ball and turbo twister respectively). As for the Branium's uppercut attack, that can be used either how Wildflower / TV Head's melees work, or by double tapping jump, so the Branium class can still use the shield from BFN's SB.

The BBQ tree ma- *BWAAAAAAAAAA-* has 3 abilities, while oak individually has 2. First there's the *BWAAAAAAAAAA-* , then there's the smoldering madness, and finally leaf shield. Torchwood is meant to be a plant version of all star while oak is meant to mimic space station (to a miserable failure)

Playable plants i want in gw3:super bean,cattail, imitater and cob cannon.imitater will steal abilities and will be the stealth character,cob cannon will be kernel corns equivelent to the z mech.imitater could copy peoples abilities and become invisible,he could become a super powerful version of the character you choose to copy in his ultimate.i have no idea how cattail would even walk but id love to see him be a playable character.

I really like the ideas here! But if we’re going to do a GW3 I also think we should have more of gnome lore heck maybe if they make a pretty cool campaign we can the zombies and plants team up up to take down the gnomes and the only time we’ve seen something like this is through glitches of switching teams and get lore from the almanac from gw2, gw1, bfn and the other games because if you read stuff like Fire flower where she is the daughter of fire pea and sunflower in their bio and mostly interesting astronaut basically for his bio saying that the alien flower and other plants simply written off as they don’t exist kind of like propaganda that dr. Zomboss or the “zia” they don’t want the other zombies figuring out these different variants and that would be cool for other alien variants of the plants and to see what can happen in space missions! For gameplay and characters I think we should continue mostly off from gw2 stats and some of bfn stats that people actually like but I do agree making chomped more like super brains is good enough idea but make him different enough where they are not identical and still keep them unique and make chomper less annoying. For variants there’s needs to be at least a legendary variant of each individual character and not just a party one. For artstyle I’d love to see a mixture of gw1 and 2’s art style mixed together like the first game having realistic feeling environments and textures like sort of in how to train your dragon where the environment looked real but you know it’s not and still feels cartoony just like the first game pulled off and have a mixure of the color pallets too as well! I will write more comments in the next videos you create!

Alright, I am going to do a list of everything I want in GW3. Yes I will post this on every video because I have a bad memory (adhd lol) and in case other people haven’t seen the older ones I've made. I will have categories. If I don’t talk about something, it’s because I agree with it, or I already talked about it. This will be long btw. Chapter 1: Pre-video (yes I’ve watched all of them I just forget a lot.) Section 1: Tutorial So for the tutorial, I think it should be kind of like GW1, but a little different. So when you log in to the game, you get to the tutorial. You go through each character, with some abilities locked until you complete the entire thing. You go in character order, until you are done with all of them. After the tutorials for the abilities and how the character works, you get to fight a boss. Then afterwards, you get access to tutorials of different techs, the elements, variations, ect. All of the tutorials will have a skip button to skip to the next one, or to leave completely, and you have a backout button for the optional ones. You can do these multiple times. Section 2: The movement So for movement, you will have the older physics, where you can bunny hop and such. You can also sprint, which you can bunny hop out of, though you will slowly lose momentum. I think the sprint bar is nice though, and any character with a beam for heals or buffs can sprint while doing so (I found it hard to heal teammates in BFN when they kept running). Section 3: Multiplayer So before we get into online multiplayer, let's talk about local multiplayer. Split Screen will have a max of 4 players now (TVs are very big nowadays) and it will be available on PC. You can play Private play with Split Screen and with other people who are invited to your backyard (I’ll talk about that later). Private play will be like BFN: you can choose what AI you want (if any) and their variants. There will be new game modes, such as Gnomes Vs. Plants and Zombies: A 12v12 gamemode where Zomboss and Crazy Dave need help to fight off the gnomes! On the Plants and Zombies team, you can be whatever plant or zombie you want, and on the Gnomes team, you can be whatever gnome you want! Boss mode for the Gnomes would have you play as the Gnome King, a powerful foe that can support their allies and vanquish enemies! (the exact same as the other boss modes) Another one would be Juggernaut: a 1v12 or a 2v12 gamemode where the juggernauts will be randomly selected and can play whatever boss they want! You can buy Juggernaut sticker packs to get cosmetics, upgrades, and abilities for the bosses. The next game modes will be all of the Town Hall gamemodes, including the community boss hunt! Also for private play, all the Town Hall Crazzy Modifiers will be in there, like character shuffle. Ops could be unlimited, where like Bloons TD6, if people want to, they can go to the next wave and play unlimited amounts of rounds. Solo Ops will be the same. Multiplayer will have all the other game modes I talked about. 5 more modes are Plants vs. Plants, Zombies vs. Zombies, and Gnomes vs. Gnomes. They’re all 12v12 game modes with their own TV, TT, Suburbanation, and all the other game modes (this also includes the zombies and plants vs gnomes, and it excludes juggernaut mode). This will have Hypnotized variants of enemies fighting the same team! These work like the regular modes, but just with new teams. Also, the hypnotized versions will be pinkish. The other 2 modes are Pots vs. Bots and Weeds vs. Browncoats (yes these also have the weed vs weeds and so on) Same thing applies from the other game modes except you play as a wee, browncoat, pot, or bot. Also one more is Boss rush. All bosses along with boss modes are allowed. Finally, Plants vs. Zomboss, a Garden Ops map where you fight Zomboss at the tenth wave. Section 4: Classes Iceberg Lettuce, Torchwood, Hover Goat, and all the other new classes will all come back, along with the Boss Modes! Boss Mode will work exactly like last time, but now the bosses have the choice, when they get enough sun or brains, to fight alongside the plants or zombies! Section 5: Abilities All abilities will come back as variants, and the original gw1 and gw2 abilities will be default. Sunflower’s abilities were unchanged in GW2, and so were Peashooter’s, Chomper’s, Cactus’, Foot Soldier’s, and All Star’s. Scientist would have his heal beam still, with his Heal Station being an alternate ability to his Sticky Explody Bomb (This is to balance him and Sunflower, and you would already have the Heal Station unlocked). Engineer will have his drone back. All other abilities will be alternates. Spikeweed will work like GW1 and GW2. Section 6: Weapons Works just like in BFN, though, there will be more and Brainium Basher will have a cooldown and be an ability replacing his kick instead. You can bunny hop out of it. If there were weapons for characters in GW2 that changed in BFN, then BFN’s version will be an alternate weapon. Mini-Section 1: Maps Add all the maps back. Mini-Section 2: The Upgrade system Like BFN, you will have points. 10 points, and all upgrades will appear, along with a little more. Mini-Section 3: Spawnables. Add back every plant, bot, zombie, and weed. The starter ones: Weed, Pea Cannon, Heal Flower, Browncoat, Rocket bot, and Dr. Heals will have no cooldown, Heal Flower and Dr. Heals will have no cooldown. Mini-Section 4: Variants Add elemental, legendary, and unique variants for each character. Chapter 2: Video 1: PvZ Garden Warfare 3 Ideas! | Part One Section 1: General Sprinting: Decrease the recharge to 5s, as I feel it to be more natural. Upgrades: I would like the other abilities back, but this I agree with. Section 2: Upgrades Yeah I’m just going to put here that I like the leveling aspect, and the points for each upgrade are nice, and everything I said earlier, along with the point values of the other upgrades in BFN, applies here. I don’t want to go through the work of making over 100 point values. Chapter 2: Video 2: PvZ GW3 Ideas! | Part Two: The Backyard Section 1: Hub So, when you put a decoration down, it only shows on your game (this is excluding splitscreen). This could cause some people to be floating, but it’s the best I can do. So for the Private mode, you will have naturally spawning AI (so Wildflowers, TV Heads, Browncoats, And Weeds. All minigames (such as crazy targets or the gnome trials) will be allowed to be played. You can spawn teammates and minions (such as foot soldiers or citrons) and remove teammates too. Chapter 3: Video 3: PvZ GW3 Ideas! | Part Three: Class Changes Section 1: Plants I want torchwood to stay his own class, as he doesn’t really fit in as an Oak variation. Wasn’t mentioned but add Iceberg Lettuce so the class numbers are balanced. Section 2: Zombies Imp’s change is too harsh, so I have a better idea. If the mech is vanquished, It will explode in a larger radius than self destruct does, but at the cost of the Imp also getting vanquished. The mech will have a larger cooldown, 90 seconds at most. Superbrainz will have his 200 health, to keep him more of a tank, and he will keep ¾ of his high jump, but his 2nd jump will allow him to glide very pretty fast and fall slower. What will happen is he jumps high, then he starts to glide like Superman. He will keep his Flying Fists, and the beam will slightly have its damage falloff buffed to be the long distance counterpart to Flying Fists. For Engineer, I feel that the Turbo Jackhammer should be an alternate ability, because Engineer is a support class.

Don’t think you’ve mentioned this but the only reason Imps hiding in BFN is a problem is bc BFN got rid of the little icons so you can see zombies and plants through walls like in GW2

An idea I have for Sunflower’s heal-beam/Scientist’ healing hose: I think the healing beams should sorta be like Wizard’s Co-Star ability. You can only heal somebody for a certain amount before it goes on a cooldown. The cooldown should be around 30-40 seconds. And it can also slowly recharge when you’re not using it. This would be a great idea imo because then it completely prevents those dumb sunflower bummers who bum their teammates for the entire match.

Yes, I think that it does need something to stop sunflowers/scientists from making their teammates immortal when they feel like it, and another thing I’d do is make it automatically hook up to a low health ally when they get near to stop frustrating scenarios of healers refusing to heal (or worse, when the sunflower prioritizes the stupid dark flower over you).

Tbh theres too many stuns, that makes stuns feel less class specific one class on both side should have access to stun and that be it making those characters more unique, the stuns i can count off my head are Goop,Spikeweed,EMPeach, Rose's TWO, stun grenade and mine, gravity grenade, and moto x star mud. If any two classes were to be the teams "Stun" character i would have it be Rose but maybe remove the aoe tangle one and the engineer.

I dislike the amount of stun the game has, but for a different reason. For the majority of these, they can act like an instant win button in fights, so I’ll end up balancing those.

the number one thing i hate in games is when they replace something as valuable as the aiming trigger with something else if you have to change something about a character that is important then you should either remove something that is not as important, or it might not be as important as you think. I notice it the most when i'm playing Boba Fett in every single battlefront game.

I had a idea to add old characters and variants like the berry peashooter and citrus cactus when shooting a zombie makes it be able to take double damage or let them be able to have the zombie if it a player enables friendly fire and if it ai others will attach that zombie if it ai as well but I think it would be good to add some thing from the previous garden warfare and bfn characters and maybe have torch wood and hover goat 3000 unlock when all the plants are at make including variants as like a award for 100% each sides of the battle plus it is a pain when you don't have good parkour in the game aspects and it will not force these kinds a players using money to get them so all the players have to do is level up the charecters to max and Heck maybe add old variants from gw1 and give them a new meaning because some did not have any cool effects and would be cool to see another 2 new plants yo make up one in bfn because the zombies had one extra class then the plants so then 2 new classes for the plants and 1 new new class for the zombies and could also bring the thing to show all your variants in the game and their level and rank on the pot and on what the gnomes will have and the grave on the zombies have and maybe to unlock some of the gnomes you need to max out the classes but you will start with one that are like the original plants and zombie classes from gw1 and it they have there own abilities exept some will have some abilities a like some plants and zombies and maybe have one abilty that might make for the both of the sides unique class ability and so people get reward from completing classes that are alike to unlock a new gnome and maybe add the king gnome as a 100% completion for them and make sure the gnomes are unique and not reused versions from their waves the show up in i think it would be good to add gnomes that had a unique look and their own abilities like a melee one to have a ability that represents one zombie and plant ability that are alike and the other two their own unique ones

The engineer jackhammer was changed to be a method of sprinting in battle for neighborville. Which classes- *the music stops.* eh eh. Classes? *It made me think about the jackhammer but a character. Just the jackhammer itself without the engineer on it. I would make its abilities. And even have its primary same as the engineer.*

Honestly I don't feel like cactus should get a close range primary since it ll take a while to make a version of it for each goddamn variants in her class as for pirate just nerf the shotgun lil bit by 25% since it's scientist like in terms of damage stats And for captain cannon yeah manual splash ll only hit 16 and the direct hit 35 instead of whopping 50 which is 67 with hovergoat and manual detonation splash no longer be buffed by Hgoat for very very obvious reasons and I bet youw weren't the only victim my fellow like chomper but his shotgun can get a slight buff dealing 30 instead of 25 at least that encourages some point blank style instead of just camping mid range like a brick

Idea: a rework for all drones Make them hover around cactus/deadbeard to protect them and reveal flankers, instead of you taking control of them. The drones are infamous for rewarding cowardly play, in changing the drone to be more like a sentry, you force the cactus/deadbeard to stop hiding like a p---y and fight like they bought the game for $15. If not, at least make it so they can't use it in spawn.

The pvz gw2 flag but waves start piss easy and go up too 10 then ramp up in difficulty each 10 waves, each 10 waves you get 20,000 gold and at the final wave 100 you get 100,000 gold and can get a secret golden gnome for an extra bonus
