PWDs policy framework review to include emerging issues such as health 

People living with disabilities and other Stakeholders in the Eastern region are optimistic that the PWDs National Policy review will effectively handle emerging issues including health.
The Eastern region coordinator of the National Sydemic Diseases Control Council Julius Koome, observed that the efforts by the National Council for People Living with Disabilities (NCPWD) to revamp the National policy framework will ensure capturing and handling of emerging issues on communicable and Non Communicable diseases such as HIV Aids.
