Meet the Pygmy Marmoset, also known as the Finger Monkey, they are the smallest monkey in the world #shorts #marmosetmonkey #monkey #pet #cuteanimals #cute #cutepets #animal #animals #animalfacts #animalshorts #animalplanet #nature
Thanks! The Pygmy Marmoset is adorable! Please show them a lot more, and tell as much as possible about them., for instance, the temperature range they prefer. Thanks!
@angelamwanapabo6459 we have it everywhere in Brazil. I live in downtown São Paulo, and even with pollution, cars and all kinds of urban elements, I see them in every residential or green areas
How We're Living * 1 dag geleden Only world leader can do that.If the world leaders together takes action.Every 15 second a piece so big like football feeld of the amazone jungle are still gone.EVERY 15 SECOND.
@@mjokhoe573 or if the people of the world would come together on the issue, there would be no need for world leaders/governments to take action. The people are their power.
Thank you for reminding us that just because they’re little and cute, they’re still a wild creature and should be respected as such. Protecting them from extinction should be priority.
Sorry but that’s dangerous thinking. Let imagine instead how great it would be if we could help save their habitat so that their species can survive and we can know more about these creatures & how they live in the wild.
@@stela_solar I haven't heard many people with this point of view before. Do mean all animals such as dogs and cats? Or just wild ones that wouldn't be comfortable In a human environment such as chimpanzees? Any elaboration is appreciated!
We need to heighten our respect for the Amazon rain forest their habitat needs to be protected from human's, please don't force them to adapt, they're wild animal's and need to allow them to live and let live!! What a beautiful little monkey!
@@chadgorosaurus4898 no they are not. Most are disgusting and dirty, they will throw their 💩 at you and see you as below in the group if you feed them. This tiny monkey is only cute one
I have once met an elderly indigenous couple at the market hall in Cusco/Peru who had one they found on the ground in the forest, couldn't find its mommy and kept the baby to care for it. They carried the little one with them in a pocket wherever they went, like being its parents. It was so cute and those people were so kind that I couldn't hold back a couple of tears. The woman then touched my hand with a consolating gesture which touched my feelings even more. I will never forget that moment of profound human kindness and utter cuteness. I felt being blessed, like being touched by humanity at its best and by nature itself.
They might be cute but how they live is precious! They hold their lil babies on their backs and teach them how to live. The older adult children stay woth their parents and can help with the raising of young. They usually have small family based clans but can have larger communities. Also they tend to live on only a few tree thus habitat destruction can be devastating to these little fellas. The narration is correct they are no on the endangered species list but very little is truly known.
"Very litte is truly known"...thsts not true at all. These animals, which are common marmosets not pygmy marmosets like he claims are very commonly kept in labs and are well researched both there and in the wild so i have no idea why you are saying that.
@@sauravgupta7415 Yes indeed! They show how God loves cuteness-He created them. I love God who has blessed us with beauty all around. Only He could’ve conceived these adorable miniature monkeys. They’re so docile too. I couldn’t see whether they have any teeth, so they’re probably harmless to humans. But unless someone lives inside a tropical arboretum I can’t imagine how they’d survive in captivity. Hopefully, nobody will ever try it. 🤞
People who care for them???? THIS IS A MONKEY!!!! THEY ARE NOT PETS!!!! NO PRIMATES SHOULD BE PETS. Unfortunately these monkeys and MANY others are selling for THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars in the illegal sale and pet sale and trade. Everyone thinks since they are small they'd make a great pets. When infact that is the complete opposite. If someone owns an illegal marmoset (still a primate) and someone is knocking on the door to come in that animal WILL certainly be smelled. They stink no mater how many times they are given a bath, no matter how many times they people spray them down, wipe them down, and even if they are taken to have any scent glands removed. Vets can remove scent glands from skunks, ferrets, and other stinky animals. Some unethical vets may do it 'under the table'. Most states in the US have already banned and outlawed having ANY PRIMATES as pets. The government has already made it illegal for biomedical labs to use Chimp, Apes, Orangutans, and Silverbacks for laboratory and medical testing. There is a site in I think South Carolina that has been build and established to rehome those big Primates that had been removed from somewhere. Those primates the labs had were bread specifically for that lab for that specific test and those babies were hand reared for those specific tests. They don't call and say I need 20 monkeys and a company send 20 random monks. It's so much more than that. IF any monkeys survive the testing they will just live the rest of their life in a small cage. Sometimes the monkeys are latterly driven made and they commit suicide. They will sit banging their heads against walls, against the cage doors, they will chew their limbs off. They live in hell on earth! A legitimate hell on earth. Many will suffer floating limb syndrome. Most primates after the age of two can no longer be handled by the owner and again they sit in a crate. Everything I have stated is the truth and it's a reality that nobody sees. It's the truth of the matter. It is eye opening. If you don't believe me then go ahead and do your own reading, googling, research, and PLEASE FOR THE SAKE of GOD (primates or whoever your higher power might be) PLEASE don't believe any of the "monkey channels". If your searching Google "the truth about monkey channels first!!!!! It's evil, very evil and Facebook, RU-vid, and everything between pays for the abuse to continue. If you can't find it please message me. It's so wrong on so many levels!!!!!
They once had these at the Baltimore Aquarium/Terarium or the National Zoo in Washington DC. I couldn't believe how small they were, and proceeded to touch one in the open environment, until a staff member yelled across the faux rainforest, "Stop!! Don't touch it!!" Thought I was about to lose a finger!!!! 😅
Ar trebui sa salvam pădurile, mediul lor de viata! Atâta timp cât nu se face nimic, aceste ființe minunate, rămân fără casa! Salvata, salvata și va fi bine!
OMG..me and my youngest son were screaming awww!!! How CUTE! They are so tiny and my new dream is to hold one. I don't want these sweet creatures to go extinct! WE MUST PROTECT THEIR HABITAT!!!
@@jcxcollection13 How would you get it, unless you caught it? If everyone did that, they would die of terror, and would starve to death while being occupied by the endless terror! They must be left alone!
They're so adorable and precious their right place is their own habitat rainforest freedom is much more important for their growth coz this species is very rare we must provide them protection 😘
@@dmcloren we are very fortunate to have them at Taronga Zoo in Sydney , seeing the young with their Parents and family groups is breathtaking , I have children and grandchildren we aren't very different , but they rely on us for their continued existence , if we can change we all get a second chance .✌️♥️🇦🇺
Monchichi Monchichi ❤ Awww!!! That's a REAL Live Monchichi Who Remember The Toy Monchichi back in The Day I Believe They Even Had The Cartoon of The Monchichi. During like Rainbow Brite, He-Man, Transformers & My Little Pony Days.
I want one! (Edited to add for anyone who doesn't realise, I dont mean I want to keep one in captivity as a pet. I mean I'd like to be involved with somewhere they live wild and watch at a distance via camera. Conservation or something like that.)
Lol.. nah, I straight up *would* want one, but I would not do something so selfish. We can never give an animal all it deserves to live a full and happy life. No matter how large the enclosure is, it just isn’t the same.
What a tiny monkey! They are so cute,... they must have no chance at all for survival in the wild! Somebody has already found and collected them all by now!
I just envisioned one of these little guys trying to haul off a banana, and literally not getting anywhere 😂 Almost like one lone dude trying to take a block from the Giza pyramid. “Bro! You’re gonna have to look for a smaller brick man!”
You would have to keep putting in different bugs and plants . I think they are adorable . I was told before one of those small monkeys were vicious and bite . It was small like that one .
@@dmcloren 🐒 I was at the zoo. They have a an enclosure for some little animals with climate control and everything. One of the attendants heard me say about they were so cute and I would not mind them as a pet . That's when they imparted the information .
