For heavens sake leave the poor little creatures in the wild, they are not pets. It’s disgusting to display them like toys just so you can have a RU-vid channel to make money from. Exploitation that’s all it is.
Hi x ,If you're interested in getting a cute baby monkey just visit the Instagram page mentioned in my description section, it's managed by a legit breeder.
I'll agree, they are cute! But..., I cannot wrap my brain around why people just have to have these type of creatures as pets in their homes that they are willing to take them out of their natural environment where they live and possibly thrive into a place that is not conducive for their well-being.
These monkeys are props used solely for the youtuber to make money off of. Once the camera is off it's back into the cage! The cute music is used to manipulate the audience and to mask the trauma these little creatures have to endure.
@@davidj7200 that is the news I was hoping against hope that I would not have to hear. I should stay away from these as I don't know if I am able to do anything to make it stop. Your comment will help others who have the means to do something, anything to curb the despicable practice!
Give this a thumbs down, exploiting these poor marmosets. I can tell it’s not in the United States so I don’t know how we turn them in for their cruelty😡😡🥰
I don't understand why animal lovers like this videos. where you see a whild animal inside nice houses, most of the time many of this nice creatures got killed to have few for being smuggled to heartless people. They do it sometimes just to get likes and even earn money from RU-vid. RU-vid should banned the video of wild animals inside homes or every time they are out of they contests
YES they are! My heart is breaking to hear them squeal as they are screaming for comfort and not finding it available. These pygmy marmosets usually bounce joyfully through the branches, at times huddled together in the trees in tight social groups. Sadly now lethargic ones became thrust into pet ownership and with people who can't possibly recreate the habitat. Even the diet is highly compromised as you can see by their coat and needing syringe feedings which likely contain medication as well. They live on tender shoots and buds and a generous diet of insects, and the best they can hope for in captivity is a vitamin enriched paste and bitter mealworms meant for lizards. I have to say all these things because there are so many comments of people wanting one, so some information can be found right there. Please don't follow through with trying to own these precious ones, as for the few that turn out marginally okay the majority tend to generate large vet bills and can turn to great disappointment and even heartbreak. It's best not to perpetuate the fad and no breeding of them should be considered "reputable" when it is categorized only as "Legit!" They suffer without the freedom that they deserve. All for the money. Thanks for listening ❤
I think that these animals are cute that some people get obsessed with wanting one like me. I want one di bad it makes me crazy. I know we need to leave them in three own environment. I can't help wanting one.
If you do some research on them, you’ll find that like 60% of them born in the wild, will not make it to 6mos of age, due to what they face in the wild with their size. The survival rate is even lower for them to make it to adulthood. This is truly one primate species that benefits more in captivity, then what people would normally think.
Really I agree you need to have things with these little monkeys to climb on they barely could walk are you doing a showing your home they could get hurt being on a table on a sofa even on a bed they really need their mom is sad
I'm about ready to cry.. I have always seen marmosets bouncing joyfully through the branches, so active and happy. What's with the syringe when they are old enough for chopped up fruit? It is probably medicated mush for sick, lethargic, depressed little creatures of the jungle!!! No Way to replicate the diet of leaves, buds and insects, and the poster is promoting the sale by guiding folks who say "I want one!" over to their Instagram. Don't do it, people! You will be suseptable to owning a broken heart and drained bank account for vet bills. Thanks for letting me speak for the animals.
@@lilRadRidinHood I understand how you feel it is very sad Fordham little ones to go through what they going through they need to be where they belong where they could eat play and be safe so I understand that it made you cry but there's nothing that anybody could do feel the pain that was nice and everything that you had said I agree with you 100%
They aren’t pets. The ones you see in this video are not happy with their living arrangements, which starts to become apparent around 2 minutes into the video. They look scared, they don’t have the right habitat for climbing and jumping through trees, and they’re most likely not being fed their proper diet, so they’re lethargic and only at a small fraction of their energy throughout this video. They don’t seem to enjoy being handled save for a few times, but most times the guy has to pick them up by force, which they react badly to by screeching. Marmosets aren’t meant to be domesticated, they’re still wild animals, whether you trap them in a house or not
Yes RU-vid supports Poacher and illegal animal trade by allowing such videos. You can report all you want and these videos will never get take down because profit.
They are endangered but keeping them as house pets , as a pair, they can still be very happy and reproduce to help save the species. They do need outside interference sometimes to build the species numbers
@@dxd42_house cats_ have been domesticated over thousands of years, but they still have the capacity to survive without us if they have to. While I love these little squeakers I don’t think they should be pets, however since people are going to have them anyway I just hope they give them as close to a ‘natural’ life at they can
Hopefully all of these have come to be in your possession like this by captive bred legal means? In the wild, there is only one reproductive male and female in the whole family group which will only produce 2 babies once a breeding season. To have this many young ones at once means they would have had to be obtained from multiple family groups all from the same season. If taken from the wild, multiple groups from a large area would have lost an entire year of offspring. Each pair of babies represents a troops total offspring produced. The issue with compilations of small clips like this there is no way to know back story or context. It avoids having to give an explanation. With no dialogue nefarious actions can be hidden with upbeat music and cutesy camera work.
Is it cute that she has them on blankets. No place to climb. Squeezing their little bodies just to take pictures. She is doing this just for views with no consideration of the monkeys actual needs. They are not toys they need an appropiate habitat

@@shannonspage9360❤ I wish for a way to highlight your comment to gain readers wanting to purchase these precious ones, and to discourage them. The ads among comments just say "Legit breeder", not reputable or responsible ! These baby animals are lethargic, practically immobile, and live bloated on pillows and syringe meals!!! Insectivorous in the natural habitat with fresh green buds, leaves and flowers..I'm crying I just can't anymore 😢
These precious widdle babies are sooo very 😍 they're absolutely adorable. They're precious widdle sounds. I'd love ❤️ to hold one. And possibly have one. They're soo cute. They're soo flipping CUTE 😲 MY CAT WOULD PROBLEY EAT IT. THINKING IT WAS 🐁 OMG. SOO CUTE. ID LOVE IT AND FEED IT. AND NAME HIM GEORGE. HAHA. SOO CUUTE. 😁
That sound is one of a VERY frightened primate! Their "cuteness" could eliminate many of these in the wild with ads like this for selling them. Highly social groups are torn apart and these don't even have branches to climb, only a horrible pillow to cling to! So much more is wrong with the exotic pet trade! Do not give in!
Very lovely creature. They reminds me the two Sons of my younger Brother 😢... I didn't see them since a long time. Anyway... I am subscribing this RU-vid channel. # Talat Rahman from Bangladesh Dhaka.
Idk I think he can’t cause if he’s been feeding them in his house and be carrying for them there whole life I think they won’t be able to adapt to the habit so I think that why plus it still a baby and idk if we’re there at is ok for it to live in the woods so I think the best thing is for them to keep it my opinion 😅😊
These are just one of the type monkeys who encounter many dangerous situations in the wild. I'm willing to bet they might even have a longer lifespan in captivity, and are being well cared for in the video.

If they were born in captivity it keeps them alive there species. If anyone ever notices things around them they would realize alot of natural habitats are being torn down for us humans to live there its so sad to see so many lands forest and ect being demolished or large companies to make money
