The new Pylon Audio Pearl Monitors have arrived here at eden audio and we are really impressed at how good they sound for this modest price. Here they are in a system consisting of an Xtonebox amplifier, aune S5s 6th anniversary and S6 DAC. Cables are from DH labs and purefonics.

very nice looking and sounding speakers, but the binding post are too basic and could be better quality +)

It's surprising how good they sound for the price, you get a lot of sound for the money, however there are some clues they have been built to a budget price such as the binding posts, but it's hard to complain considering their price v sound.

Hello, there is no subwoofer being used. They are quite large speakers, plus the rooms walls boundaries are reinforcing the bass and colouring it to make there sound like there is more bass than there actually is.

Any experience with classic audio Ltd phonostage the five looks remarkable for 150 squid thinking about getting the m or MC pro at 650£

Someone told me about them a couple of years ago I think, they are meant to be pretty good apparently.

@@EdenAudio why don't you get any end then? I think the £150 model is quite remarkable what I've listened to they have some noise cancellation in their circuitry

They are from Acoustic Revive, filled with quartz stones, crazy priced.

Do they give any bass ?

Yes they do, I find them to be very good sounding speakers, the clue that they are more budget orientated is the build and finish, but bass wise they are good, if you require more bass you can always get the next models up which have more drivers.
