Wow, a '68, that would have been nice. They are nice strings for that vintage vibe and a little pricey but worth it if that's what you're looking for. Be well. :)

There are many brands that will work, these have that vintage sound that does it very well.

Cool strings. They do take a bit of a play to settle but they respond so well and have that classic vintage sound.😊

The D'Addario Chromes are really nice strings, Pyramids have an old school vibe. It's good to have a choice. :)

HI Rogelio, it's this set here: www.daddario.com/products/guitar/bass-guitar/xl-chromes-bass/ecb81m-chromes-bass-light-45-100-medium-scale/ These fit the Hofner properly, short scale set ends up with the silk on the nut. I hope this helps, be well and best wishes for 2022.
