That gate card was so useful as it not only allows Drago to access the other attributes, but also take advantage of his dragon/lizard origins of being able to camouflage himself if only Gate Cards were used more because I can theorize that Gate Cards existence is the result of Drago absorbing the attribute energies and gate Cards like that is how he can access the other attributes and not just Pyrus.
Theoretically he could’ve used the other elements if he kept his Perfect Core Powers, which he really should’ve considering where Helix Dragonoid get his new power from
@@hyperdreamer9483 he has all 6 ultimate element powers so he should by default have access to all 6 elements. really drago's abilities are kept inconsistant because otherwise he would essentially stomp everyone except dharaknoid because of how powerful he really is.
Is It just me or Helix draganoid's abilities are actually stronger than Lumino ? I am comparing Videos/Wiki stuff and It appears that Helix actually has better abilities. Helix has 2 take 400 from opponent and give Drago 400 ability and one of 500 AND 300 G version of that PLUS 2 ability that gives him 500G meanwhile Lumino only has ONLY one ''500 take 500 get'' type ability and also 2 ability that ONLY takes or gives 500 G (which Helix Drago also has as I mentioned earlier)
What chance would Drago have had if he had fought Dharak in his Helix Dragonoid form? I think that Drago could give a good battle to Dharak, Drago's "Dragon Phalanx" ability card (0:34) could easily counter Dharak's "Evil blast" ability card
Problem is allegedly Drago couldn't use the perfect core outside of its dimension otherwise he'd destroy New Vestoria, from what comments are saying, I have trouble believing that because Drago has some perfect core power within him that KEEPS his connection to the core intact And that fragment of Perfect Core power only increased thanks to the Attribute Energies, The Element, Dragonoid Colossus' power, and Code Eve's power add to Dan and Drago's eventual Gate and Key upgrade, that perfect core fragment should be so powerful Drago doesn't need to worry about destroying New Vestoria by mistake using it. Hell if ONLY Dan kept and Marucho upgraded the Maxis Mechanical Bakugan as imagine Maxus Dragonoid vs. Dharak Colossus, imagine Dharak going against a Bakugan that can use ALL 6 attributes?
@@soberman1958 My headcanon is that Apollonir meant that Drago surpassed the small fraction of the Perfect Core that he carries within him to maintain the link, and that after the Ancient Warriors died, he didn't want to risk using the Perfect Core's energy since there was no one around to supervise it, especially once he went to Neathia.
I feel you missed one from the end of season 2. It was called something like "Dragon Surge", was a fusion ability probably from Galactic Dragon and was launching a valley of fireballs into Pyrus Farbros traps.
This appears to be a serious problem, thank the dub team for that…. No, I didn’t miss anything, for some weird reason different episodes have different names for the same ability. Dragon Surge is used in Season 2, then it changes to Dragon Impulse. On the official wiki site you can see both names , one with brackets… I should have put a warning under all videos to watch out for that.
@@originalbakugan7671 Oh, for real? My bad, sorry. I checked it out, it appears that you are right, though, it's really strange since two effects of this ability are hardly any similar. My confusion here is actually doubled, because in the language I have originally seen Bakugan (Russian), it was called like "Dragon Wave", despite of using the "Dragon Flow" in battle with Helios and "Dragon Impulse" in Season 3. It is first day since I found that these 3 abilities are actually one. [I guess the word "Surge" was never translated into Russian correctly, huh?]
If Helix Dragonoid has all 6 attribute energies then he should be able use abilities from all 6 six attributes or at least be able to attribute change.
I will be honest, this is the drago that made me stop liking the character. I hate it when they take a monster like design and make it more human. For reference, imagine if they brought back skyrus and she is a harpy, or lumigrowl but he is a wearwolf. If you have a monster, keep it that way please. Also in a serious question, if he got this form from absorbing the six attribute energies, shouldn't he have access to all six attributes and not just pyrus.
I like Helix, in a way it made sense after absorbing the six elemental energies but it would've been better if his wings were bigger, his neck far longer, his abdominal area much more thinner (or maybe make the body more bullky overall) and giving him bigger claws on his hands and feet
I get what you're saying about Drago becoming more humanoid in appearance being a bad thing, though I personally rationalize it as him becoming closer in appearance to Apollonir, who is the only other important Dragonoid aside from Drago and the Genesis Dragonoid. Regarding the Attribute energies, I don't know why they didn't restore Drago's ability to use all six attributes, but my 2 theories on why are that: 1.all that absorbing them did was boost a Bakugan's raw power and allow them to evolve if they still had the potential for it, or 2. that Drago burnt out the attribute energies when destroying the BT System and sending the blast through dimensions to the Vexos
Appolonir was humanoid, Tigrera turned humanoid after evolving, they evolve into humanoid forms because they evolve as a creature, same way humanity evolved into what we are now.
@@jazzy-qn8ms We don't know what abillities the attribute energies give. As for Drago not using the Perfect Core anymore he has long surpassed it in power. Neo Dragonoid alone(episode 26 and past it) has power rivalling the Perfect Core itself. Helix is way above it. Simply put Drago no longer needed the core.
If he absorb all the 6 attributes why only Spectra used them all in the form of pyrus neo dragonoid? He should easily used them in battle against some bakugans such as dharak, lumigrowl, etc.
Even Lumino didn’t xD, it wasn’t until Blitz when Drago actually had the power to beat Dharak. And then when Razenoid was born, he struggled a lot. Negative Shambolic used in the last episode pretty much would have killed Titanium if those pesky Mechtagon hadn’t showed up
@@originalbakugan7671umino owned Dharak. Set his ass on fire and Dharak barely broke through the Blaze Reflector with the most powerful abillity of his UPGRADED Colossus form. Blitz should have ripped Dharak to shreds.
Boi you better rekindle that foolish statement of yours. The forms after Helix Dragonoid are superior BECAUSE it gives him increased strength (Lumino Dragonoid cause the he held the Element, a portion of The Sacred Orb) speed and defense. (Titanium Dragonoid cause of Code Eve and Meta abilities.)
@@tbnrblitz7762 from the second half of GI and the whole plot about Code Eve was bs, it really showed that the show ran out of ideas just like Yu-Gi-Oh after 5Ds or Bayblade after metal masters. Also Barodius and Dharak were lame rivals and Drago is evolves as much as a Digimon.
@@tbnrblitz7762 yeah tbf the dialogue in some Bayblade shows is really bad and the game in the shows doesn't make any sense. Yu-Gi-Oh is fine as long as you ignore all the amounts of cheating the protagonists do in those shows
@@dragonman2168 it was not activated in tandem with another ability. Drago had already been nullified by the time he activated it. But I would say Dragon Hummer
Because Contestir and Rubanoid are 2 and Drago is 1. He beats them both as a team, 900 + 400G = 1300G in total, he’s at 1500G. 1500G - 1300G = 200G but since they’re 2 you need to divide it by 2 so at the end both Zenet and Sid lose 100 life points
