A journey for a different design has led to some new inspirations. I have always loved Pysanky eggs and the beautiful creations from Russia, Ukraine and Sweden. For this piece I took some inspiration from their designs. I also wanted to make it an opportunity to show, even beginners, or people with tools other than paint brushed, that you can still easily create these lovely designs.
