Antark dosen't open his mouth until that one part happening in his backstory. I'm not telling why but he does "talk" using his mind. Also he is sorta blind.
Neon call himself vampire* but actually he is far more complex creature than just a regular vampire. He drinks blood,tasty.

Their skin are white in purpose because they aren't human
