Hey Hannah! Thanks for doing this. Love hearing your story and wishing you the best of luck in your careers. I just started playing 4.5 PB this year and it’s been up and down with more ups. However, I’ve always struggled handling the roller coaster of emotions playing. How do you take care of your mental health on and off the court? How do you stay determined and confident when playing even if the bounces or points are not going your way?

Hannah, Have you put out any how to videos yet? Make them uniquely your own. Perhaps Cannada is a great route? If they are "behind" in the world of pickleball, go lead them. Be on their front end, you could be their #1 rated player and spokesperson and league developer? Just a thought. Good luck! 💪👍
