Hey Alex, you may also want to look into seeing a naturopath for any systematic health concerns you have. Naturopaths test and get to the root cause of issues to heal. Western doctors only prescribe medication which doesn’t help healing, they only mask symptoms. Both have their place, I find that going to both is helpful but keeping in mind that western medicine is still very young. Chinese medicine and Ayurveda medicine - come from ancient cultures and noting that their remedies are very natural. Wishing you well ❤
