I had been living with chronic back pain for about five years and my knees were to the point where walking up stairs caused them to hurt. I was scared as hell to start this training program but I watched all his videos on these topics and said what the hell. I already knew what was going to happen by NOT doing anything about it. So, I tired it. He's 100% correct on this topic. My knee pain started to fade the first week and my back pain was gone after two weeks.

Rip, I have found that RPE works excellent, especially with my clients who have extreme back pain. As a matter of fact, I program RPE with a gallon of almond milk and a copy of Prometheus on Blu-Ray.

I lived in San Diego and I love the beauty, the weather, and the different environments from the surf 🏄‍♀️ to the snow ❄️ in California but all the other Bull keeps me living in Tennessee were I have more freedom and more money. It would be awesome to have A Free California.

Toradol is really good stuff. Orthos hate it because it can theoretically suppress bone healing (only seen in an animal model)

why wouldnt you be able to video call/skype coaching? that would at least allow for queues. video quality would probably become a problem, but videoing reps, uploading and then calling sounds beyond inefficient.

If hypertrophy is best achieved by lifting heavier rather than by volume, why do most modern powerlifters do a block of higher volume and higher reps / lighter weight for HYPERTROPHY before a strength block and then a peaking block?? And why don’t bodybuilders lift the way you recommend??

Wearing a mask in a sterile setting to prevent BACTERIA from entering an open wound is not equivalent to wearing a mask during activities of daily living to prevent the spread of a virus.
