So I have a question here I got a email from nvc 2yrs ago the submit my documents and I did.but I was not hearing from them I keep trying to call and email the until they finally answered last week now they r saying they need affidavit of support for my joint sponsor,which they told my dad who is doing the filing that he Dont need to add my sister cause is tax was good.so now my problem is my sister tax papers that was submitted was for 2017 n 2018 now on the affidavit its saying recent tax income how do i fix that cause her tax is saying accepted

Hello please reply my case came to nvc on this 5 janaury 2024 . We have 2020,2021,2022 tax documents we dis not file 2023 tax yet dead line is 15 april 2024 some one told that we can submit 2021 and 2022 tax documents as deas kine for 2023 tax has not passed it .we can submit 2022 and 2021 tax documents at nvc before 15 April 2024 . Is it true .pleas guides

Hello people I'm the petitioner and I've already filed I-130 for my spouse but I do not meet the 125% Poverty guideline income just for one year, so to speak the three years income that would be required of me is for the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 but my income for the year 2017 is just $20,750 which is less than $21,137 the actual requirement for 2 people but my income for the year 2018 and 2019 is very much okay, so now do I have to get a joint sponsor for the three years or just the year in which I fall short? Please advice

Can I use my jointly filed foreign income tax of my spouse for my citizenship. Am self employed here.

I am applying for my wife but 2019 I did not make any income. My real bother is on h1b. Can he sign I-864A (Agreement between family members), show his last 3 year income tax so that we qualify for income requirements and send that to nvc?

If I filed taxes jointly with my spouse? Should I use the AGI for both of us or my spouse only?

But what if I have already submitted mine and a 2nd person to show support they are now asking for our current employment proof which I just did? Will this mean I will not be approved they still have not said anything as of yet.

I have submitted my 2018 taxes the 2019 or the second page I didn't submit and 2020 has been submitted both first and second page . Does it matter if only first page of 2019 got submitted?

Does it have to be every single page of the tax return or are there only specific pages of the tax return we have to submit???

What about poverty level? Or if a sponsor didn't file a tax return? Can you use a person if they been in prison before?

Hey.. I m house wife.. Not doing any work or job.. I m dependent of my elder brother.. My husband is in broad.. I m sponsoring her.. I am using my elder brother as joint sponsor nd the other brother as house hold member.. I m submitting i864 form also my joint sponsor.. The house hold member is submitting the i864a form.. My question is that nvx is asking for my transcript which i dont have because i had never file a tax return and i m dependent of my brother?? In 2018 i went to abroad to get married.. Came back to usa in march 2019... Kindly guide me what should i do.. We have all the documents for example tax transcripts of sponsor etc.. But i dont have my own transcript. Is it necessary for me to arrange tax tranacript or not??

Appreciate your advice USA monde. In my situation I made 6000 in 2016 and -32000 in 2017( I started a trucking company in 2017 n bought another semi truck so I think that's y it was a big write off in my taxes that caused that negative for 2017, my accountant says its depreciation) and in 2018 Income is $23000. Was thinking to submit copy of my trucks titles as proof of assets just in case, I have 2 trucks and trailer one is done played off and then other I'm still paying for, all together would be 80 000 in assets, do you think it's a good idea?

I have requested my three years of tax returns transcript from IRS is it enough, and also what are other documents the NVC will require from me in? Do u know how long it will take for them to ask for those documents USCIS forwarded my file about 1 and half weeks ago.

@USA Monde I filed an Extensions for my 2019 Tax Return. Is it enough to submit the photocopy of my IRS Form 4868 and tax transcript from the previous years for support I864EZ?

Nvc has asked my petitioner to sumbit his IRS transcript of 2018 which due to some reason he could not manage to submit and now we came to know that almost a year has passed . Now what should i do ? Plz let me know about the solution .. hope to hear from you soon !
