as a sports science student I highly recommend you to start doing "push-ups" against a wall first. if you are currently unable to do them on the ground you need to build strength first. your upper body should be elevated and higher than your lower body. start doing them against a wall (maybe 3 sets à 10-15 reps), once you feel confident doing them, go lower e.g., a shelf/bed etc.! if going lower still feels too hard, increase your number of reps/ sets first! hope this helps! xx💘

nice to know another person with scoliosis (even if it's a famous RU-vidr)! I got diagnosed at 12 and had to undergo surgery at 15 because it reached 40 degrees. I wouldn't wish it to anyone in the world because of how painful and tough it is. hope your situation is stable, love your videos ❤️

Hey! Here's a tip for the pushups: Try doing them by getting on all fours (knees and hands on the ground) this technique is extremely easy to get started. I couldn't do pushups either, I can do about 50-60 in this position. Hope it helps! Loved the video❤️you're truly an inspiration!

Check out hybrid calisthenics for push up progression tips. It's better if u work your way thru easier versions like wall/incline/knee pushups until u are strong enough to do actual pushups
