Harvey Mcclurkin I don't like Justin but I meant that he's doing something else lol. He's a steroid meat head anyways, he tries to say he made amazing gains because he claims to eat 6k calories a day.
Tell me about it, I am a full time college "MEDICAL STUDENT" which is one of the most time consuming majors and I still manage to make RU-vid videos and train 6-7 days a weak, and I also run my own personal training business and its very difficult, but the grind doesn't stop, luckily you guys went viral and blew up fast not taking away your credit or hard work but its difficult coming up from the absolute bottom especially as a fitness you-tuber.
When your early af and feel speacial lol, you and david are a huge inspiration to me and my friend, Keep up the wawesome work and major gains, all love from Jordan
Nice vid dyl, my goal is to get your or dave's physique. I have been lifting for 1 year now and got some nice results but still, I am far away from you :)
you answered what your lifts were to start with many times but never said after a year of training which I'm sure people would be interested in as it helps us see if we are on track as most of your viewers will probably have been lifting between 1 to 3 years.
I am also 5’8” and the muscle looks better packed on because of how me and Dylan McKenna have shorter torsos and legs. One pound of muscle won’t look the same compared to a 6 footer
Dylan Mckenna lmao well I kinda wanted to be featured in the vid, but I asked on ig "What was your life like before RU-vid and lifting? What did you do for fun?" and "Who were your role models that inspired you to lift/make RU-vid videos?"
Are pop tarts ok for muscle building ?and in terms of your own personal diet do you eat mostly healthy foods or do you eat more calorie dense "bad" foods?
