I don’t know the other Pastors up there but I can say without any reservations that John MacArthur is one of my Heroes!!

I want to take this moment to praise God right now for how he is continuing to bless John MacArthur as he continues to bless us with his gifts of teaching and preaching. It’s just truly amazing how he ages in years but he’s still so sharp, witty, genuinely humorous, and still so passionate about the glory of God and our joy in Him. Thank you Lord for Johnny Mac in my era

I tear up because I’ve never found this type of pastor in my 37 years during my walk with Jesus. Though many pastors I’ve met over the years were kind and encouraging, they never got my testimony out of the ‘lifestyle’ except, “ I can’t relate”. It wasn’t long after that I realized they do now know their sin! They live their lives in a shallow sea. I know my sin. I know the hold it has on me, but on my knees, in total submission, He pours out His grace on me. My life has been full of immeasurable blessings. Praise the name of Jesus, and praise God for you men, especially Big Mac who I heard preach in 1986, one year after being born again, in Toronto Canada on The Charismatic foolishness. It grounded me. Thanks Big Mac.

“There’s redemption despite injury,” that is so true. I am a daughter who hated her dad because of an affair he had while he was a preacher. This was so many years ago but it still comes to my mind every now and then. It shook the church and destroyed my relationship with my dad. I really really really hated him for all the pain and hurt he caused, especially to my mom. But today, I’m here to say God can restore what has been shattered. My dad has repented and it was years before he could preach again. I know there are some people who can’t forgive him and those people are quite judgmental to everyone. He doesn’t travel much to preach like he used to but I think the reason why this could have been allowed to happen is to set an example of what happens to godly men who fall. The minute you forgive someone, you’ll feel it. I’m glad my dad and I are able to have a close relationship. We don’t live near each other but we still talk, and it’s such a blessing to talk about biblical things with your parents.

Praise the Lord for pastor John. :)

Awesome. We praise God for faithful and bold preachers. Anyway, I don't agree with Ps MacArthur on eschatology but I love him the most. Such an epitome though Christ remains our ultimate example in the faith.

John MacArthur said something I scratch my head to while rolling my eyes:) I'm not sure of the "scandal" he speaks of (21:00). And I do understand plagiarism and how intellectually dishonest it is; a terrible thing. However, what if credit is given? For example, is it possible for a preacher to feel and think that God wants this particular message preached, but the message is another preachers. Can the preacher give credit to the author of the message, and say he feels like preaching it? If that's possible, would that preacher be guilty of stealing someone's message? Would he need to be removed from ministry?

Naming names? Didn't Jesus say to go speak to that person in private, then take 2 or 3 others before taking it to the congregation or church? And Jesus and Paul said to do so with a spirit of love and gentleness and kindness?

I read a lot of these comments and can’t believe that children of God, argue about nonsense’s. We are suppose to stand together even if you don’t agree on certain things and our mission is to spread the Word of God. If you really want to look at false prophets look at Kenneth Copeland, Todd White etc. Rather listen to the sermons. And by the way JM , RC Sproul, Allistair Begg etc are true men of God even if they differ in some stuff. Nobody is perfect

Have you not read in Mathew 24:5-21 that there will be tribulation and the saints will be persecuted and kill for his name sake, and that there will be such tribulation that there has not been since the begining nor will there be after, (paraphrasing) where I. That does Jesús tells of a pre tribulation, because I and many don't see it.

John Mac, you said the prophets were in the dark about Christ's Coming, but Jesus blamed the religious leaders and every Israelite for not knowing the time was fulfilled. He rendered their Covenant obsolete and destroyed their temple and city because they didn't know the time of their visitation. What time? Daniel's 70 weeks fulfillment (Dan 925) Luke 19:44 KJV And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; *because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.* Mark 1:15 KJV And saying, *The time is fulfilled,* and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Dan 9:27 KJV And *he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:* Mark 14:24 And he said unto them, *This is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many.* (Dan 9:27 cont'd) and in the midst of the week *he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,* Hebrews 10:10 KJV … we are sanctified through *the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.* Hebrews 10:12 KJV … *he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever,* … (Dan 9:27 cont'd) and for the overspreading of abominations *he shall make it desolate,* even until the consummation, and *that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.* Matthew 23:37-38 KJV *O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,* thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee,... [38] *Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.*

Dear G 3 Ministries, How can Pastors, who are not living in spirit, but are of worldly life even enjoying more than any average lay believer understand the depth of the teachings of Jesus Christ or teach the wisdom in scriptures? Dont we see them creating controversy over infant baptism, right of women on her body, holy mother mary, holyspirit, tongues, catholic priests, faith handed down from apostolic traditions and so on? Does any of such pastors love other sheeps of Christ? Does any of them have righteousness above that of Pharisees and scribes? Isnt the origin of their theology born out of protest made against living in spirit for their hidden interest in lust or enjoying all that made by God simply to misuse the teaching of St Paul 1 Thimothy 4:4 without any way trying to understand his teachings as well as by dumping all that Jesus taught to His 12 disciples? Does any of them give away one if they have two in case they claim to be a disciple of Jesus christ appointed as Shepherd to look after the sheeps of Jesus Christ?

Actually the earth wasn't created in 6 literal days In the Bible, the word “day” can refer to various lengths of time, depending on the context. For example, one portion of the account describes the entire creative period as one day.-Genesis 2:4. This is a history of the heavens and the earth in the time they were created, in the day that Jehovah God made earth and heaven. As we can see here Jehovah refer to all 6 days as 1 day What happened during the six days of creation? God transformed the “formless and desolate” earth into a habitable planet. (Genesis 1:2) Then he created life on earth. The Bible describes six groups of events that happened during the days, or epochs, of creation: Day 1: God made light reach earth’s surface, resulting in night-and-day cycles.-Genesis 1:3-5.  Day 2: God formed an expanse, or a division between water on earth’s surface and water high above its surface.-Genesis 1:6-8.  Day 3: God made dry land appear. He also created the vegetation.-Genesis 1:9-13. Day 4: God made the sun, moon, and stars visible as distinct luminaries from the earth’s surface.-Genesis 1:14-19.  Day 5: God created aquatic life and flying creatures.-Genesis 1:20-23.  Day 6: God created land animals and humans.-Genesis 1:24-31. After the conclusion of the sixth day, God rested from this work, or stopped creating.-Genesis 2:1, 2. Is the Genesis account scientifically accurate? The Bible’s account of the creation of the world does not claim to be a detailed scientific analysis. Rather, it describes creation in such a way that readers even in Bible times could easily grasp the basic sequence of events. The creation account does not contradict proved science. Astrophysicist Robert Jastrow writes: “All the details differ, but the essential element in the astronomical and biblical accounts of Genesis is the same; the chain of events leading to man commenced suddenly and sharply, at a definite moment in time.” When were the sun, moon, and stars created? The sun, moon, and stars already existed as part of “the heavens” created in “the beginning.” (Genesis 1:1) However, their light evidently did not reach the earth’s surface because of a dense atmosphere. (Genesis 1:2) So although diffused light became visible on the first day, the light’s source was not yet recognizable. On the fourth day, the atmosphere apparently cleared up. The Bible says that the sun, moon, and stars now began to “shine upon the earth,” evidently describing how they would have been seen from the perspective of an observer on earth.-Genesis 1:17. How old is the earth according to the Bible? The Bible does not comment on the age of the earth. Genesis 1:1 simply states that the physical universe, including our earth, had a beginning. This statement conflicts neither with sound scientific principles nor with scientists’ estimates of the age of the earth.

Teaching that CHRIST didn't taste death for every man and die for not only our sins but the sins of the whole world is false doctrine.. So what are your names again ?

Well Im sorry, but if Mac Arthur is consistent with that “plain-meaning-ism” hermeneutic, as he stresses in the beginning; its really no wonder that he and many of his fellow neo-calvinistic brethren end up with all sorts of paradox theology. Bcs taking the Bible for its plain meaning, from beginning to end, really makes you end up with all sorts of nonsense as the “rightly divided Word of God”. Interpreting Scripture, making sense of what is says, means, not says & not means, on every single page, is (as Paul indicated) hard work and certainly often it is NOT the plain (literal) meaning. And if this is true… what I just said… that makes the claim (hermeneutic) of Mc Arthur very problematic… But.. besides this, He is a wonderful man of God, of course ;-).. But these ‘absolute’ statements and claiming the one true meaning/hermeneutic, while obviously problematic.. I don’t know about that…

Typical Pharisees. More interested in defending your Doctrine than knowing God, Jesus. John talks about God's providence in his life, but that doesn't make what he says and does right. To me, what he did in response to Covid regulations is arrogant and irresponsible. Churches of all denominations are experiencing exploding growth. I am what you would call a Charismatic. Having been in 50 years of following Jesus, an Anglican, an unbeliever (sort of) a SDA, Lutheran, Calvinist, WOF follower, a Baptist and a Pentecostal, I can also testify to God's providence, but know that it was only because of Faith and Trust in Him. It was relational not doctrinal. A Father's guiding and caring, not a impersonal "Divine Providence." It was about Him not about me. Worship the living Word, Jesus, not the written Word, the Bible.
