Wishing you David a swift return to your Beloved Arunachala and many more years contemplating from your balcony. 🙏😌 The story of Bhagavan saying that the white peacock did not listen to him in past or present lives made me laugh, as did your attempts to find work in London. As a frequent visitor to Regent’s Park in London, I will think of Bhagavan’s plan for you every time I walk past London Zoo! Insightful and delightful talk ~ thank you and pranams.
In the Hindu tradition the bhakta is given leeway to quarrel, sulk etc but it's all love driven and part of the beautiful relationship with God and Guru.
Please continue these Q&A sessions, please... It is so very fulfilling to hear Mr. David Godman talk about Bhagavan. not just that - anecdotes relating to his Adiyargal Sri Thinnal Swamigal, Sri Lakshman Swamy, Sadhu Natanananda, Swami, Sri Annamalai Swami, Sri Viswanatha Swami, Sri Ramaswami Pillai, Akilandammal, Sub Registrar Sri Narayana Iyer, Sri Natesa Iyer, Swami Chinmayananda et al. are all very uplifting.
Thank you for the detailed and clear answer about the heart center and the explanation how the “I” rises from there. “So you find the source not by looking at it as an object in a place, but by holding onto it as a subject.” 🙏❤️
Immersing in the vast of collection on your website...seriously, you're a treasure beyond measure...a cliche, but lack proper words to adequately express my gratitude for your selfless service to humanity❤️.
Thank you again for this wonderful, inspiring, and enlightening Satsang. I hope you will do more of these. This was one of the most inspiring I've heard. Many, many thanks. Happy New Year, Blessings, Gratitude, and Love.
Gratitude for the feeling of connection with you, and echo the request for more talks. Sending thankful , loving kind thoughts to you and all on this path.❤️
I think that’s why we don’t have memories from when we were babies, we don’t identify as a person in a body at that age, we just exist, we lose that as we get older and start taking on different identities
Hi, David. In "No Mind -- I Am the Self," you record Sri Sarada as saying prior to realization she would focus on the image of Sri Lakshmana Swamy. She made a point of saying she did so in the heart. I wonder if you could clarify what she was referring to. Thank you.
The vagus nerve runs from the high stomach up the right of center side of the chest and into the brain. It's a very, very important thing, the vagus nerve. Look it up. Namaste people.
Excellent please view my talk on SriRamana Maharishi part 1/2 under "writer santhanam speaks" on U Tube By the way Ramana was my" senior" in Madurai Christian school!!
I like David 👍 👌. But I do find him too intellectual - drying out ramanas voice a bit- I'm sure ramana was ALL ❤️ x 🐕 🐄 🐮 x (That's Just My experience)
Hi, your comment sounds very funny to me , as I appreciate David Godman very much for the clarity of his speech and I do believe it was this gift of his that has made him to be called to write and publish so much about the great Indian Masters. No offense intended here, too :)
