Featuring Amber O'Hearn, Mikaila Peterson, Paul Mason, Zsófia Clemens, Miki Ben-Dor and George M. Diggs this Q&A is a must watch for anyone who has ever questioned the wisdom of all-meat diets.
Great talk, thank you! This is exactly how I got stage 4 cancer: I was constantly snacking through out the day with fruits and nuts, my diet predominately was veggies and chicken and polyunsaturated fats, I never ate red meat or saturated fats due to media brainwashing. I grew my cancer on tons of fructose and polyunsaturated oils and my mTOR was never off. People please learn from my mistakes.
Hi Lena, really sorry to read about your stage 4 cancer. Thanks for being kind enough to share your experience and learnings. Cancer didn’t bring me to my knees, it brought me to my feet. - Michael Douglas Best wishes Lena, stay strong, and love to you from New Zealand. Regards Glenn Marshall
It us sad that doctors do not share this vital diet information. They woukd rather give you drugs or operate when a simple change with your diet would have been a much better option, SMH.
I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago n have never had trouble being on the keto n ketovore diet which i am still on... permanently. Love my new lifestyle, made me lose 57 kgs!
Thank you Dr Paul Mason for the video and all other wonderful doctors here for advice and knowledge! You are all brilliant scientists and amazing researchers!
When eating your foods (meat) eat all the connective tissues down to the white bones and then scrape the joint connections with the teeth 🦷 and get every thing down to white bone and into the marrow ( I love sucking out bone marrow).
My mums recipe for liver was... extra virgin olive oil, touch dried chili flakes, chopped onion, 2 broken bay leaves, fresh basil, parsley, dried oregano n fresh rosemary, fry for a minute n add sliced liver, salt n pepper n cook n turn it till cooked which is when there is no blood if you break one in half. Its delicious. I grew up with this recipe. Please adapt it to yourself this recipe. Its italian. Great with chicken livers too. You could add white wine, I don't.
Simplest way to eat liver (chicken): fry 1 onion on butter and then toss in about half a kilo of chicken livers. Cook it by frequently tossing it over for about 5 minutes and add plenty of salt and ground black pepper. Liver should be pinkish inside and firm on the outside. Yum.
Dear Dr. Paul, glad you said "oh shxt really" in regards to mackarel as the word 'shxt' made me prick up my ears n realised i too react to mackarel too when i eat it! Nothing wrong with 'shxt', God created that too n gave it a smell as a warning for us not to step in it! Sr. Carol P.
I’ve been grinding up beef heart and so me and the dog don’t barf we cut it with Berger..It taste all right but it’s greasy, but it will make you feel great .
If you mean Mikhaila, she has long medical history why she ended up being a devoted carnivore. For her being among other speakers is relevant! We need people who live as carnivores to speak up through their personal experience!
This was excellent! I had chronic pain, inflammation from a congenital joint condition called fibular hemimelia. I also had chronic flare-ups with eczema on and off for several years, and another symptom I didn’t even realize was fixable, or well…curable: chronic BLOATING. All of this cleared up when I went carnivore. I’ve tried almost every mainstream diet under the sun. While the anti inflammatory diet and simply sticking to Whole Foods helped me lose nearly 75 pounds (and counting,) carnivore provided me with added health benefits and root-cause healing as an added benefit. Of course with some weight-loss as well. I’m documenting my journey here on RU-vid as I cycle through animal based diets all year long❤
Some doctors say you don't really need liver. I think Dr Mason said the same. This all gets very confusing about what meats we really need to eat? The thought of eating raw liver like one lady recommended is unthinkable to me.
Hello everybody. I read that a diet high in fat (keto diet) can overstress the pancreas and cause pancreatitis. Is it true? Any serious study about it?
Does anyone know about that book which was once mentioned In some of Dr. Paul Mason videos, about plants and how they dont wanted to be eaten ... something like that :D
I had lyme and I delt with the with this protein issue and it has not gonna away at all. I struggle with most animal protein now. its terrible thing to deal with.
From Mikhaila Peterson's website: "I’m going to be speaking at the first conference for the carnivore diet ever. It’s March 7th in Boulder, Colorado." March 7, 2019.
Been fasting long time now 18 to 22 hours daily But I hold my fast from ten pm to 6 or 8 pm daily Low carb but was not doing high fat , excercise 5 days weekly insulin is excellent blood sugar excellent Dexa scan says I have visceral fat 3.5 lb I was shocked Have you heard of black coffee and fat mobilization and if not fat adapted like in high protein diet low carb then fat will circulate back to liver but instead of going back to fat cells or utilized by cells or liver it goes and gets stored as visceral fat Cuz the liver is used to gluconeogenisis and not using fat due to low carb high protein little fat with intermittent fasting for years . Also I have read that black unfiltered coffee increases cholesterol One more thing dr nadir cardiologist from Texas promoter of low carb says fasting and putting butter in your coffee and you are obese could kill you since you are mobilizing fat cells and introducing fat as well Feed back appreciated
Academics typically do not. Dr. Mason is in fantastic shape. Mikaila has been dealing with inherent arthritis and chronic inflammation since childhood. Compared to the average American these individuals are in good health with respect to their age.
This is unrelated but I find an interesting discovery. My father is an XS even XXS skinny man. He often gets warm in meal time and needs to go topless. We’re all jealous of his warm and high metabolic constitution. Until recently we measure our temperature before corona vaccin. His normal body temperature is 34.8c,mine 36.1c. And I sleep in 2 big quilts almost all the time. The thermometer at his work starts at range from 35c couldn’t work sometimes. He explains as bcs his standard temperature is low he’s more afraid of warmth and needs to release heat by sweat to keep it. And I’m more sensitive to cold if environment is lower temperature for it creates bigger difference for me. We all think people with lower body temperature feel more cold right? And warm body constitution is healthy. Is it a myth of correlation between body temperature and metabolism and health? From that impression do we need to make us warmer for beter function of our bodies, like some old wisdom? How?
