Really enjoyed this. And particularly appreciated Alex's answer about staying positive--there was a lot of depth in what he said. I'd be interested to know at a deeper level what life is about for you, what you value. Obviously being positive, but what else? Is it being more about love? Is it learning? Is it service? Is it joy? I'm also curious from Travis what the experience of modeling was like. That world seems so radically different from where you are now. I know I've lived many lives this time around, and it wasn't always clear to me how I got from one way of being to another. Anyway, keep up the great work, the vibes and beauty of your channel are appreciated. Oh, and that is an awesome/powerful tattoo!

Surrounding yourself with positive, like-minded people is huge. Not saying you can’t do it alone, because you absolutely can, but both positive and negative, are very contagious. I have both types of people in my life, and it’s crazy how I can feel myself being drawn to both ends of the spectrum. Embracing it when positive and fighting it when negative.

Love you guys talking about feeling sluggish and especially when Koa talked about being stuck in the mud. I think that's what a lot of people with mild depression to depression feel on the day to day. And you guys really pinpointed it organically which is, that exercise gets your hormones out, those fundamental neurotransmitters out that can get your "body cranking" like you wish it too, and make sure to whip you out of the state you woke up in whether it be feeling low, lethargic, or sluggish. Trav is so right about mold . i had a chronic mold infection from mold in my house and me being 14 and having a high sugar diet, that caused it to grow inside of me, causing many crazy symptoms and side effects to make me bed sick for a year being told i had mono , to then fibromyalgia , which is a brain and nerve condition for joint pain. i was told i would never be able to skate again . I have extremely passionate about skating since i was 8, and this broke me down. i then researched and researched , after testing negative for all diseases, i came across an anti-mold , anti-fungal diet that eliminated all sugar, starch, corn, or any carbohydrate of any kind and only consisting of grass fed meats, low starch vegetables, and certain nuts. the symptoms faded away drastically after two months of the diet. i now at perfect health and have taken a serious different perspective on all foods and sources
