I am looking at National Jewish out my window from my apartment. So happy to know that a plant based Cardiologist is here so close! God bless!

Whew! How wonderful is Dr. Andrew Freeman! His approach to delivering the message is a welcomed level-headedness that we can use right now. I, too, wish he had a monthly slot, Chef AJ, but do certainly understand his busy schedule. He answered the questions from the viewers with ease. I really appreciated his tip on how to monitor cholesterol levels when one runs experiments with different whole plant foods, especially being cautious with the fats. He walks his talk. I greatly admire the fact that he hosts a monthly Walk with a Doc program! I think it's a wonderful organization! Very hands on practitioner. Thank you for another wonderful convo, Chef AJ and thank you, Dr. Andrew Freeman for all you do to support our health!❤❤💪💪

Yup, my chart lists Vegan as a condition as well. No plant based docs near me, thinking of finding one online because my current "in person" doctor doesn't listen to me...she asked me where I get my protein from and what do I eat if I don't eat meat! Tried to talk to her, but I could see from her eyes and expression that she wasn't paying attention.

I have this issue with my doctor/cardiologist not listening and talking over me. I don’t think he ever listens to what my complaints about my health is. I recently started raw vegan lifestyle. I cheated yesterday on it but I’m gonna keep on pushing

I've also had problems with my feet getting burning hot. Especially at nite. Even with a fan blowing in them. Neurologist said everything was fine. I just started a whole foods plant based diet so I'm anxious to see if it helps. Thank you so much for the interview. Very helpful.

I’m confident that I have the answer to your question about why people don’t want to tune in when it comes to animal rights and the climate. This audience knows how awful the animals are being treated and we also know about the climate problem. I think it’s just too depressing to talk about it and to talk about poor animals being tortured

Agreed. What we eat is something we can impact in a direct and significant way. As of right now animal and planet stuff, not so muc.h. This it's extra depressing to this audience be cause we are a self-selected group of conscientious problem solvers.

I ❤Dr. Peter Rogers. He shares his own life experience and practices (some of which I have implemented), and he is very knowledgeable. Plant exclusive folks live this way for a variety of reasons. For some of us, non-harmfulness for all living creatures is a factor in this decision. We may not all agree about the granulars or finer points with respect to this life-style, but it my wish that we do so in a harmonious, non-harmful way when differences in points of view occur. 💕

Supplement that needs to be dissolved in oil.. I'm curious about what that is. Would it be possible to mix with other higher fat food instead of oil, like a creamy nut or seed butter?
