Mothers are busy.... especially working mothers. I raised 2 kids.... worked literally 50 hours a week. Yes 50....and commuted long distance roundtrip for years and years. Now my retirement years have begun and l've learned this whole new plant based community....and l'm loving it...... I guess it's never too late to get onboard.

I think Dr. Esselstyn, Ann and Jane are amazing people. This mom and daughter team share sooooo many wonderful recipes. I always comment that their camera guy is lucky because he gets 1st bits......

I'm sincerely happy that you can find plant based foods that are affordable TO YOU. And I am in full agreement that education is lacking in this area. However, there are still many people that can't afford or find foods that are healthy AND affordable. Please continue to listen to Dr. Aggarwal because she just said that there are food deserts where people cannot find affordable foods. It's a sad state that has been found worldwide that proper food education and affordability are not easily found.

But I have developed calcified thoracic aorta eating nothing but no oil...no added sugar...no salt...complex carbs. I ate nuts and seeds so maybe that caused it. My triglycerides have been low..my ldl is 70 my tc is 110...so why would that be if complex carbs don't cause vascular disease?

Food costs - once you start buying organic, it is not so inexpensive. I really worry about "where" the product came from! Thanks to all of the crime, which is now legal, food stores - ALL stores - are leaving these areas. Look at Washington D.C..

What a great story about healing from RA with nutrition! She said her disease is doing really well. How about taking it to the next level and healing it completely with Dr. Brooke Goldners Goodbye Lupus protocol?

My boyfriend/partner has congestive heart failure which he was told was caused, in part, by having had rheumatic fever when he was young. Would this condition benefit from the WFPB way of eating?

“Harden and stabilize the plaque”…?

The hard plaque flew out of an artery and gave my mom a stroke about two months after she restarted using cholesterol reducing drugs. I guess it's was either a heart attack again, or the stroke in her case.
