Thank you for this video Vithya! I have a question about SPF- I know it is super important to wear sunscreen regardless of skin tone, but this concept is so alien to my family who grew up in a hot tropical country and were way more exposed to the sun than I am, but they don't have a history of skin cancer (touchwood)- is this just luck? Thank you in advance for reading this comment!!
