More than 95% of the time there will be SOME type of paper trail. Whether it be q original arrest warrant or part of dollas discovery and if dolla went to trial Q would HAVE to come testify. Not sure y’all know how the courts work especially when u calling someone who would be they best witness a rat with no type of proof

On such and such case show some leniency, now, if that person he snitched on takes their case to trial then they could possibly be forced to be a witness in that case, depending on how it plays out(evidence etc)
