Q is so spot on about theatre school separating costume design/drafting and construction in the costume shop! I took a costume patterning and drafting course in college, and thought I’d be fine if I just learned the construction part along the way…but GIRLIE. I made it, but I STRUGGLED. I’m amazed at what Q can do with costumes start to finish!
I wanted to take that class so bad (I wanted to be a designer when I was a kid, dream job) but I knew I couldn't dedicate the time 😅 I think I wouldn't have gotten my Psychology bachelor's if it sparked that flame in me (again)

Maddy was on to a genius idea for the Amelia Earhart Snatch Game. Mid Snatch game hide under the table for a question, and then reappear like she had been found. You could have done ANYTHING at that point. We don’t know what happened while she was lost.
Maddy's become my go-to queen for interviews. He's a better interviewer than most gays with a beard who're given a platform (SAY THEIR NAMES! lmao). The effort to put together outfits that echo the guests. The respect to sponsors with the costuming. The humour, the Google deep dive, and the LPSG journalism. I am proud of Maddy for stretching his 15mins of fame like a bottom taking it without poppers. Maybe someday WoW might put him on to do The Pit Stop.
Omg Maddy's not just in people's old facebook galleries, she's now getting custom video recordings from their family/friends. She had grown too powerful.
I like Q! She is a little dry and maybe a bit strong that she doesn’t come out too charismatic for some but she’s a growing star she will be more eloquent w time! I root for her! I enjoy her and look forward to keeping up with her and seeing her get better and better! 🖤
I loved Q on the show. She got close a lot of times to winning and lowkey ate all-around. I relate to her nervousness, like gripping the chair and such. Same, girl. Id love to see her on TV again. I want to see more people who do their own stuff.
I loved seeing Q stim in her chair from excitement and fear. Also the video at the end was hillarious. I had to rewind it and watch a few times because it was everything.
seriously, what i really love the most about maddy's show is how she is making us enjoy and even empathize more with the queens esp. when they're edited as villains / very negatively in rpdr. q is such a delight here.
My 6 year old still thinks it’s brothers and sisters competing on drag race, and he screamed “mom Q’s sister went home NOOOO” when I was in the bathroom. 😭😂 he loved you and your sister😂. I keep wondering why he hasn’t asked why the brothers never win. 😂

Q ( and Nymphia ) are my season 16 fave Queens - SO happy to see her here on your show!! For me, Q could do no wrong on Drag Race. Fingers crossed she'll be back for an All Stars soon.
Loved Q‘s being candid on the poly relationship. I have many poly friends and I am poly myself and many of us have a much harder time and get much more shit for coming out poly than for coming out queer/gay whatever
I will say this season has the BIGGEST talents! I have been watching drag race since season 1 and this was the first season where you almost every one of them since the beginning were extremely talented. As soon as Q walked into the Werk Room my jaw dropped. She is incredible! Thank you for having her, Maddy.
@@Ducky_2101 This season was full of 180s for me. At the beginning, I enjoyed Q and Nympha, now they rub me the wrong way. I also didn't like Plain, Morphine and Amanda, but now I'm obsessed with them.
I'm from a small town right on the Southern border of KS. It's inspirational to see Q discussing being a small town gay. Hearing her story is amazing especially about her husband being from Wichita since it's the closest "big" city. I definitely teared up at the end when Maddy congratulated her for making it out of Kansas.
Idgaf what anyone has to say about Q I loved her sm she deserves sm love after the great run she had on the show. She gave some amazing runways, some good comedy, and a great talent show very different but very entertaining with 2 wins under her belt and plenty of high placements. Her haters could never be on her level and her career would never be in jeopardy since she’s an amazing seamstress. Q showing that queens who are authentic with their feelings will continued to be crucified even tho all the issues presented were all shot 1 year ago where it’s been resolved but the fanbase could never process that. Queens back then who didn’t filter themselves made such great tv and Q was one of those queens who were really authentic. Also love that Maddy is wearing her mirror mirror runway, an actual outfit that fit the category since most of those looks were just metallic not mirror💀.
People really were up and arms about her expressing her feelings. Writing think pieces and evaluating her on a psychological level all just cause she had a valid emotion in a competition setting. This fanbase will always be nuts and cause of it we wont ever really get seasons like the earlier ones. This is the same fanbase that was screaming crying and throwing up cause they thought bullying was happening last season.

It makes for great television like when Sapphira told Q she loved her and Q didn’t say it back I laughed💀. Like they complain about the show being boring but when a queen chooses to be real it’s a problem.

Like people need to get a grip instead of enjoying the dramatics they apply what they see to themselves and choose to get offended by it. Before I even knew anything about Maddy I saw her from cast spoilers and I thought she was a bio queen. And her looks before DR captivated me personally. I fell in love with her drag and even during the show I still loved her. I’ve never been happier for a queens come up and this one is sooo deserved! On television or not I hope you, Maddy do amazing things forever! And I wish you the most success❤️🔥

I hope that with more experience Q can start to feel more comfortable in interviews. You can really hear the difference in her voice when there's more of a 'real' moment. My voice changes quite a bit when I'm uncomfortable/stressed as well, and to me it sounds like she's so tense. Can't wait to see more of her future projects though, especially the one with Utica!

Not Maddy boosting careers. Never had more fun and felt more relaxed with Q than here. Really nice episode and Q character shines so much more in this setting
