Our question today is about cycles of light and darkness. When we begin entering periods of perceived darkness or destruction and chaos, we have a tendency to reach for the comfort and the light. But is it more appropriate to embrace the darkness and disharmony as a way to accentuate and balance the distortion and allow for transmutation? What is the most beneficial way for us to approach these periods of seeming darkness as [individual] seekers and a culture?

Darkness has a way of serving as a billboard for Light, and airing itself out at the same time. I believe most of us in our growth are service toward others, and that which is behind the motive force of the balancing movement knows that we can do this, even with a transferring component of compassion. There may be a lot of surface-level kicking and screaming, but we’ll embrace the moment of clarity when we find a door at what we may have feared was a dead-end.

The darkness crept in on us in 2020 but I work hard to keep a positive mindset despite it all. I pray that we will all get through this, and that we keep moving forward by focusing on the 'love and the light of the one creator.'

Meditation concentrating entirely on the breath and the breathing only 🙏😌 inhaling through the nose holding for 2 or 3 then exhaling through the mouth, feel the breath go right down to the bottom of your stomach ( imagine watching it) then seeing it leave as u exhale 🙏😌 ....so good 😊

🙏🏾 thank you again Brian for your service. Thank you for offering us the opportunity to ask Q’OU questions,for me this is a potential game changer. A question I have is from the THE LAW OF ONE(TLO) session 27:10, where RA says “I am Ra. This is both correct and incorrect. In your illusion all experience springs from the Law of Free Will or the Way of Confusion. In another sense, which we are learning, the experiences are this distortion.” My question to Q’OU is what is meant by : “In another sense, which we are learning, the experiences are this distortion.” I suspect it has something to with 22nd archetype “the fool/the choice”, an archetype I am currently studying and trying to understand in depth.

Maybe I’m misinterpreting somewhere… Since we are all one, wouldn’t service to self be service to others? Or is “service to self” similar to Neville’s world of Cesar? Where things are taken by messing with the middle or the 3D? This part with quo confuses me

Its service to self 95% of the time or service to other selves 51% of the time. While we are all one, you are an individuated portion of the creator and you are making a choice whether to serve only yourself in your current individuated portion or other selves which while one are separate in this 3rd density illusion.

Interesting… since light vs darkness seems rather perspective. Half humans felt lightness during that time (2016) and others felt darkness… now the halves have swapped their feelings. So darkness and chaos is really only in the creator. Others aren’t creating chaos and darkness. You can only live in that creation if you allow yourself too. It feels way more dark times and contrived chaos to me now than in 2016 but it’s my free will to allow that to affect to me. Which I don’t, those vibrations are WAY TOO LOW. Political/Medical/Climate/Financial control structures; don’t let them lower your creative powers people!!! Shine on!

Entering a period of Darkness when you wake up in the morning and you feel dread for no reason after you spent years learning how to be happy all day long by accepting and forgiving negative memories? If that is the question then I don't think it should be accepted at all it should be analyzed 4 unseen Energies fighting for your light. Entering a period of Darkness by experiencing unforeseen negative circumstances getting in the way of your happiness might be embraced as a stepping stone learning to observe your situation without fueling it with emotion and using your energy to move back to making your life as you wish it to be.

It's a name for several group consciousnesses that speak as one through a channel. The folk at LLresearch who channelled The Law Of One from a 6th density group consciousness called Ra are bringing through Quo. Quo also includes wisdom from Ra, plus at least 2 other groups from I believe 2nd density and 4th or 5th! If you need to learn about the densities, look up Aaron Abke Law of One and densities, simplest explanations of it all ❤
