If all we know about the properties and laws of the universe... including all the known harmful radiations, electrical gravitational properties, the powers of nucleat, plasmas, black holes, the power is too great to be observed or experienced by mere man...man cannot see the Father face to face for no man has seen the Father directly and has lived. But as we are glorified we shall see Him.

The carnal man operating after one's flesh (and not according to faith, not rightly dividing scripture or studying it, not identifying Paul as their apostle), will naturally gravitate to signs, images, emotions, imaginations, things that can be touched or created in art or carved of substances. Why? Because carnality wishes God to be something tangible to natural senses, to make sense of him, to fit him into interactive logic. God has purposely hid himself behind a veil, behind deep waters (the water between 2nd and 3rd heaven, which separates the firmament), has refrained from signs and wonders and marvels. Why? "The just shall live by faith" and "without faith it is impossible to please him." This life is all about the training grounds of producing endurance, hope, trust, without reliance on the vile flesh. Any attempt imagery and likeness of God is a blasphemy. By the way, the commonly held likeness is *Caesar Borgia.*
