Qantas was absolutely amazing pre-pandemic. Hopefully they can get back to the place in the coming years.

Poor airline Had so many points that I couldn’t use for hotel reservations.

And yet nothing about talking about the pain points of her People unfortunately they don’t treat their people well

30 odd years employed at Qantas, I don't feel inspired by Vanessa at all. Not too fond of her referring to employees as "our people" either.
