Fri 20/09/13: An air traffic controller has been stood down - and several investigations launched after a near-catastrophe in our skies over Adelaide. Two Qantas A330s, travelling between Sydney and Perth, came within just a few hundred metres of colliding. We speak to Qantas senior pilot Captain Richard Woodward to find out exactly what went on in the cockpits to avert disaster.
