Take a ride along with me as I join Qantaslink's 6 times a week Q300 (Dash 8-300) service from Albury to Melbourne. This aircraft is VH-SBV, a 19 year old airframe that's been with Qantas since 2003.
It's a foggy start to the day for this 6.40am flight that takes just 43 minutes. Qantaslink is now the only operator on this route after Rex pulled out recently blaming the competition from Qantas.
The 630am time slot is a bit of a rush at Albury with my flight to Melbourne as well as a Qantaslink Q400 to Sydney and Rex Saab 340 to Sydney also!
