I have completed 2 years 9Months in my Current Job and I want to resign and change job without exiting Qatar. I want to know if I should first apply on Ministry of Labour and then same day give resignation letter to my employer or first give resignation letter and then apply on portal? Please advise. This is very important for me to know because I have a fear that my current employer will make things difficult for me when he learns that I am resigning and changing job, he will not give NOC also. One more question, what happens if my current employer don’t action the message he received from MOL regarding my change of job! Will it delay or cancel my job change or nothing to worry?

I have my resignation stamp with my current employer and stating only 1 month noticed period. Then when my new employer file my change employer in the new system and i click yes to the question i arrange my current employer to cancel the notice period . I am confident that they will confirm to the portal since i have already stamp and statement from them that only one month notice period only and they give and it was stated in the letter with stamp from them my last working days. Then after 4days i received rejected due of not meeting the conditions when we translate in English What does mean? Can we reapply again the in the sytem for appoval? bro, on the establishment ID column- so we have to mention new company establishment ID or old company ID, the reason im asking, when i fill with new establishment Id, it shows invalid, do you have any idea on this ?
