*Ingredients*:
1kg beef qeema
5 onion
4 tomato
2 potato
6-7 green chilli
One tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 and half cup Ghee/cooking oil
2 bay leaf
2 inch cinnamon stick
3 big cardomom
10-15 whole black pepper
One tbsp salt
One tbsp red chilli powder
One tbsp turmeric powder
One tbsp coriander powder
Half tsp whole cumin
Half tsp garam masala
One cup youghurt
*Recipe*:
Add in bay leaf , cinnamon , cardomom in oil and cook it for half minute
Now add onion and cook them until slightly translucent
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
Add minced beef/keema and cook it for 5-6 minutes
Add spices and cook them
Now add tomato paste and mix it well
Add potato and cover it
Cook for 10-15 minutes
Remove the cover add youghurt and cover it
Cook again for 10-15 minutes
Keep stirring occasionally
Now when the youghurt water is all cooked
And oil has started coming out
Add green chillies and cook them for 1-2 minutes.
