For anyone who is surprised about Brian Blessed's wolf story, he once taught a orangutan to row. This orangutan rowed Brian Blessed down a river for over two hours. Brian fed it a sandwich.
@@JasperJanssen are you kidding? The current rate for minimum wage can't even buy you the crust of a single Big Mac after an hour's work. Now in the 1970s an hour's pay on minimum wage could buy you over six Big Macs with change to spare. If Brian taught the orangutan to row in today's world, then yes, a sandwich is completely acceptable because he was paying the orangutan slightly more than minimum wage, although he could've paid more. If this was in the 70s, then it should've been two sandwiches per nautical mile
They say of the acropolis Where the parthenon is They say of the acropolis Where the parthenon is They say of the acropolis Where the parthenon is... THAT THERE ARE NO STRAIGHT LINES!!!!
oh, I miss Buzzcocks so BAD. Rhod Gilbert killed it, or maybe they sent him in to kill it off. but Mark Lamarr, Simon Amstel, Phil Jupitus, Entertainment's Finest!!
Sure, but I burst into a little heavy metal in line at the Church BBQ, and all of a sudden I'm some kind of weirdo. At least I didn't sleep with a wolf.
I've never heard anyone pronounce "mush" that way before for dogs. I've always rhymed it with "crush." People might not say "mush" anymore to their dogs, but "mushing" is definitely still a word.
I've worked as a sled dog handler before and some mushers do still use "mush" as a command, but a lot also use "hike" or "hike on" like Stephen said. Haw (left) and Gee (right) are pretty standard commands as well.
Yet again, you've missed out the time when Susan Calman struck up with "The Eve Of The War" from Jeff Wayne's "War Of The Worlds"! This led Holly Walsh to strike up with "Any Dream Will Do" from "Joseph..."! Shame on you!
Mars bars are chocolate. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. Is it toxic to wolves??!?! I doubt Brian Blessed's story. (He was spectacular as Augutus in I, Claudius in the 1970s)
A wolf 🐺 of at least 30kg would need to eat about 300g of milk chocolate 🍫 or 6 Mars bars before it was really toxic! www.vets-now.com/how-much-chocolate-is-poisonous-to-dogs/
Chocolate is toxic to dogs I don't know about wolves. I wonder though just how much chocolate there is in a Mars bar, not much I believe. That's said don't try it at home since chocolate damages dogs kidneys, and even a small amount can later prove to be fatal!
I beg to differ, My Great-Grand-Father was a Marshall in the 1800's and as documented arrested Belle Starr, 5 times for disorderly conduct, conduct unbecoming a lady and drunken fire arm mishandling (shooting into a crowd) , there were OutLaws in the Wild West, none of them made it to fame, just Justice.
I think the point of the question was more to do with the original definition of the word 'outlaw' and less to do with crimes committed by those in the old west
If this heading had scenes from only Sandy's time; there'd be nothing to watch. Fry has gone, however, he's got most of the QI seasons behind him, so he'll be in a lot of them. You'll have to put up with it.
