Hey Jeffery, this was an excellent video. I have had a particularly rough month with anxiety attacks, this is the first time I’ve had them in my life (I’m 19), and it’s been particularly tough and rather frustrating to feel my body succumb to these painful and uncomfortable feelings. I’ve been doing better with understanding their cause and breathing through it. Lately I’ve been studying qigong on my own and some tai chi as well. This routine that you taught really helped me. I was in the middle of a rather hard panic attack with chest tightness and tingling skin. As we did the opening warm up breathing, I remembered something my therapist told me about the palms of our hands (she also teaches qigong). When we inhale, and our palms face the universe, she told me to think of it as giving thanks to the stars and the whole universe for the ability to exist, and when we exhale, we cycle our Qi and negative feelings outwards. I thought of this as I followed along, and it really helped me get back into a positive mindset. My chest tightness is gone now, I still feel some tingling, but I feel a lot better. Excellent Video. Im a retired PT. I used to teach some of these to my patients, plus more within my uniquely interdisciplinary clinic where we adressed the Whoke person, including them at wor and or dealing with womans comp or legal isures towards optimal and healthy resolutions settlements. Im going to pick this up with a neighborfriend first insidecthen try to get him to do it outside in a small park across the street!

Qi gong is interesting. Qi warming my body give me a little bit of anxiety. So doing qi gong for anxiety I was worried. After the opening breath I was tingly and warm and a little anxious but the end of it I am calm and tingly. Thank you I have been on the verge of a panic attack all day 🙌🏻
I have been feeling extremely anxious. I have been doing your videos for a couple years now. I love them. But. I was anxious before I started this one and I felt so calm after this. Really great, impactful short practice. I do also appreciate the longer ones. But as I get to know the moves, I do them by myself longer so I can get to the flow state.

I went through some quigong youtubers and i find You the best. I like your calm voice and the nature setting. Excercises are really effective and what's important, You do IT slowly and explain the movement very clearly.

I will definitely integrate these QiGong techniques with 'positive thinking' sessions and actual physical (gym) training. A few years after some surgeries I do realize I have much less energy and the muscle tone is missing. Thanks for these great ideas you're bringing here.
thank you for this video , I started a few days ago to do Qi Gong in my house and it has changed the way I feel, I rapidly was able to feel my body and perceive what it wanted to do and has let me with an amazing feeling of balance, although I noticed that my chest was tight, almost aching and putting my hands on the upper part of my chest close to the trout felt nice, but this exercise is much more complete, I can actually feel healing happening on me, thank, and if you have some more exercises for help me deal with damage caused to me emotionally and physically I will appreciate it .
Very clear and straight-forward guidance, I really enjoyed the circling the hands exercise and felt more opening in my chest, more expansive. The natural setting is really grounding for me too. Thanks for sharing qi-gong with such clarity.
Thanks you for sharing i love all of what you share and I'm doing very well things are falling into place all over my mind and body it finding center long journey lucky me to find my way back. Just to say because you said some Qigong don't used hand I find that not even used ing the body with eyes closed right side of mind and left side Brain you can move the Qi as the body moves very slowly inside so some movement can look different depending on the shape of the body as I am doing most movements on my back and its beutefull finding the peace that all I want and kneed thank beutefull man looking forward to your videos. 😊🙏♋

I love the idea of muscle memory and am teaching my body. Your movements are exquisite, especially when you demonstrated the flow. It's obvious you are a high level master and have been practicing a long time. I look forward to the time when I can be half as graceful as you. In the meantime, Qi Gong is helping me very much and I love knowing I have this tool anytime anywhere.

Really interesting happened when I start taping my chest some kind of vibration and energy released from chest and upper back I felt like tingles and shivers. I feel lighter in my chest area now and more calm. Thanks mate
