Check what you saw and heard again. We have all been there.

The old saying "it helps if you sleep on it" comes to mind. I didn't know how important and accurate that was until I had Reach Forklift Truck course.. myself and the lad I was with just COULDN'T get use to it! No matter what we did it just felt unnatural. So we went home, came back the next day.. and bang! We both could drive the truck with no issues. It was the fact we'd "slept on it" that helped us I'm sure of it!

I read somewhere long ago that it was for our brain to sort the memories of the day. But i am with the brain organizing regeneration of our body. (as i have experienced what happens with too little sleep for too long to my body) Can't say that "sleeping on it" always helps with "social issues" in my experience. 1: some issues you think about can prevent you from sleeping. 2: there are "social issues" i dream about and wake up embarrassed about, that happened more than 20 years ago. And i have woken up several times in those 20 years. Can't do anything about them, fix them or anything. And sleeping doesn't change a bit about them.
