The interactions between Sandi and Gyles are HILARIOUS! And the interactions between Susan and Alan, and the ones between Susan and Sandi are very close behind. Absolutely marvelous episode!

The last use of the guillotine in France was in 1977.

The first time I was ever in a Las Vegas Casino, I had the wild hair up ass that I had to play number 27 on the roulette wheel. Where that number came from, I'll never know, but I had to play number 27. I got $10 worth of chips and got to the table, but it it had already closed for that round. The dealer called for bets for the next round, and I bet on number 27. Since thus was my first bet I didn't want to go all out so I bet $2 on number 27. 27 came up. In roulette the odds are 35 to 1 so I won $70. Talk about Lady Luck smiling on me. But she doesn't do it for very long. For the rest of that day and all of the next day, I couldn't win on a specific number, red or black, odd or even. It became the worst run of luck I had ever had. It did teach me if you want to win in Las Vegas, don't gamble.
