I just found the Boading Balls my father purchased for me decades ago. This video has been a great help in getting my thumb involved. What diameter are the standard set with the yang yin symbols on them? I'd like to get a heavier pair but don't know what size I have. Thanks for the content!
My heaviest are the jade and the jasper balls. But weight is not of much significance with the balls. Having a variety of different diameters will actually work the energy meridians more effectively.
I just purchased two 2” tungsten balls weighing 2.6lbs each. I will post a review soon using them as baoding balls. They weigh twice that of the solid steel and copper balls.
