I'm so glad this helped you. I find the advice often given to people who are experiencing anger is so unhelpful. The people who try to get you to calm down don't acknowledge the legitimacy of the rage. But at the same time the rage is like a wildfire that will take over control. I think it's so important for people to know that their anger and rage is legitimate and there's nothing wrong with feeling it and it can be so empowering to go past the emotion and go deep into the energy and consume it and digest it and transform it. Wishing you continued healing ❤️

Sometimes its very hard to control, but mostly i got it under control! Going to work a bit more to controlling those thing.

When you are angry. Go into that immense surge of powerful emotion and break it apart. Let the emotions wash away like toxins but capture the energy and then transform it.

@@elzibrah Don't run from it. Let it happen, be with it. Feel it inside your body. Your body is a contained entity and any emotion that affects you lives inside your body. Whatever lives inside your body can be controlled by your intention.

@@elzibrahI’m sure you’ve had moments in your life where you have felt that anger, think of those moments while doing the movements and you will be channeling that anger into the movements letting it move through your body as you do qigong.
