Hallo Kseny, I follow your qigong exercises since the lockdown in april . Now it’s become my daily routine 🙂 I like it because my body feels better . But one question , I have diverticulitis for almost 3 years . Is this video a good help reducing the pain ? Or do you advice other exercices ? Thank you to share your videos ! This was all fantastic! That last series was truly magical but such a *workout* for me but if I practice each day as I have been, should be easier soon! My posture has improved so much since I started doing Chigong with you, Kseny. These breathing exercises were combined in such a perfect way to truly make me feel relaxed in the belly and to enjoy my breath! When we went to swing our arms it was the *first* time I felt aware of my belly-breathing as I did it -- felt amazing! I also notice that I have to throughout think of my feet nice and flat and even on the ground (they often move around/lift) and that makes everything more possible. When we squeezed our abdominals to breathe in it reallllly caused my upper back to expand out to get air and that was an *amazing* strong feeling. Thank you so much for your courses.. Just wondering .. do you teach where you live, or is this a hobby ?

Buy a mic and use it on your clothes... it's $1.5... if you decided to go on youtube, at least so things in quality manner.
