Thank You Michael, manager of store for such awesome hospitality…I got to try fusion food from the middle and northern parts of China; featuring cities such as Gui Ling, Xi An, and Lui Zhou; A real interesting mix of spices and tastes from here….specializing their broth from a beef and chicken stock and also a snail stock!
