Working since 2yrs 9 months with current employer, my renewed contract still has 15months left, I want to resign and join another company they r ready to send transfer request on QIWA, my current employer doesn't accept my resignation n insisting on completing the contract, I've sent my resignation through email and terminated the contract using resignation option, now notice period of 60days is ongoing, after notice ends if i accept request from new employer and join them can my current employer take any legal action against me by asking to pay equal to remaining months salary or not as per article 77 Saudi labor law ?? I have stated family problem as my reason for resignation with current employer. Should I ask the new employer send request on QIWA? Can I accept the request during the notice period or after the notice period ends?
@@Mr.SaudiInfo can you send me any authentic article which states during labour disputes we can take transfer. Because later previous employer will not make a case like I didn't completed the contract. ( as per article 81 I resigned the contract)
