Hi Mike, thanks for the through instructions as always. However, I coudn't find the option to create a Knowledge Base in the Create tab. I'm a tenant admin and have already enabled the New Platform Navigation. Is there any other feature that should be enabled before creating it? Or maybe it is still to be released for end users?
Hi there - this is a standalone product as you have seen in the video, this has nothing to do with QVDs or apps or RDBMS / cloud datasets.
