I can't even get the cover off mine.... Don't buy from these guys, they lied and sent me a broken unit and refused to fix it.

I need some help I have a 2000w qs motor I bought a new controller after connecting although the same color caused the motorcycle to run with a loud noise and slow and the motor got hot. After figuring out the right cable sequence it is speeding up ok, but still making a loud vibrating sound at low rpms any recommendations. Thanks in advance
