He pulled these guys with his arm that he hasn't weight trained in two years. He will be using the other massive arm against Levan. Even with the crazy pump he got pulling all those guys with his off-arm its still smaller than the weight trained arm he will be battling with. Remember when Todd stopped Denis? Denis is still holding strict curl record. I am not so sure it will work against Levan and we don't know how strong is Devon , let's wait and see, my money is on levan but I really hope that Devon will win.

Left arm 2.5 years no lifting 3 men 12 rounds Sometimes just holding them despite all those disadvantages he still just won easily it must be unbelieveble pancakes and juice this time i dont even think how was him right arm now. Unbelievble

He also wants that position bc its his sticking point. And even matt mask says that when devon lets him open up, he still cant get passed that sticking point to pin devon cause its too strong. This is literally why they cant pin devons sticking point cause hes always allowing it in practice and its getting stronger n stronger everytime.

I find it strange that his opponents can take up any position they want, especially the guy at 2:51 can cross his leg with the table. Why is that allowed? Wouldn't it be better for reasons of comparability if there were more restrictive rules, e.g. not being allowed to turn the pelvis more than X° etc.?

If you restrict the motion you have something like powerlifting where the most roided guy with the best levers wins. When you leave it open it's more like wrestling. You could make a rule set like that but there are also attempts to make it even freer than that. The highest entertainment comes often from stuff like MMA vs. seeing two heavyweights laying in each other's arms.
