So today I was back in the gym, my ear still isn’t right but I didn’t want to delay going back, I’m still feeling a little dizzy but the medication is helping a little bit.
I had a good session but they’d only lowered my legs 25mm which isn’t what I asked for, so I told her today I really want them much lower until I’m more confident, she’s worried I can’t get on & off my wheelchair with them lower, I explained I want to use my sofa which is quite a bit lower.
Then I was told they will be too short to wear outside! I’ve always said I just want to walk around my home, if one day I want to go higher then I will when I feel ready, but for now I just want them to help me walk around in my home, so today the prosthetist took them to lower them ready for Friday.
